Democrat State Representative Vernon Jones, a Martin Luther King Person of Courage, who has been very outspoken about the right of African-Americans to vote for any candidate they choose, NOT just Democrats, once again blasted Democrat Presidential Candidate Joe Biden over his many ugly actions regarding communities of color. Jones has pointed out that President Donald Trump has done more for the black community than any other Washington politician, all while Biden hides in his basement. Vernon also criticized hysterical Democrat plans to defund police.
“Jones applauded President Trump’s decision to sign an executive order on police reform. The EO created a national database of police misconduct. This prevents officers from bouncing between police departments when they’re fired for excessive force or other related issues.”
Said Jones “Where were Joe Biden and the previous administration for 8 years in the White House on this issue? I’ll tell you. They were absent in unifying this country.”
“The black unemployment rate under Biden and the Obama administration averaged a horrific 12.8 percent … By comparison, more than double that number – 350,000 black Americans – were lifted out of poverty during just the first two years of the Trump administration.”
Jones also reminded voters of color about Joe Biden’s THIRTY-SIX YEARS of pushing horrifically strict bills against black offenders (sometimes in conjunction with Hillary Clinton, who notoriously called black men “super-predators”).
“Don’t take my word for it,” Jones said, “take then-Senator Joe Biden’s own words for it. The truth is, every major crime bill since 1976 that’s come out of this Congress, every minor crime bill, has had the name of the Democratic senator from the State of Delaware: Joe Biden. Now that Biden is running for president in a woke Democratic Party in 2020, he’s attempting to sweep his racist legacy under the rug. We can’t let him.”
“Joe Biden is directly responsible for the mass incarceration policies of the 1980s and 1990s, which decimated the black community. Biden authored the 1994 crime bill which imposed mandatory minimum sentences, disproportionately putting hundreds of thousands of young black men in prison.” Continue reading

Balladeer’s Blog is always emphasizing how out-of-date the traditional “shirts vs skins” two-party system is in the U.S. You would think that Democrats could set aside partisan politics when it comes to President Trump’s FDR-style Payroll Protection Program, but no, as many have noted, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are AGAIN strategizing to try holding the country hostage by blocking the renewal funds for the Program. 
Balladeer’s Blog remains the only site on the web that equally criticizes both Republicans and Democrats. With all the doom and gloom in the news lately let’s put aside partisan politics and mark Friday with a positive take that anyone with compassion can appreciate. President Donald Trump’s Payroll Protection Program (see link below) is rolling and it’s as historic as any of Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal programs.

His incoherent ramblings have become such an embarrassment to his presidential campaign that he has been put under wraps, available only for prepackaged statements (which he frequently muffs) and delicate softball “interviews” with supportive Democrats in the media.
As Bernie Sanders supporters point out, with over 60% approving of de facto Third Party President Trump’s handling of the current crisis, Bernie might make a better candidate than Biden against the FDR-like Trump. 
Even now the worthless corporate media fixates on calling people racist for correctly saying “Chinese Coronavirus” and ignoring the way there is no condemnatory intent behind such labels. SPANISH Flu, GERMAN measles, etc. Even the Democrats at CNN have called it the “Chinese Coronavirus” on several occasions beginning on January 22nd of this year.

As Black History Month 2020 comes to a close, here are some of the recent highlights. 
Trump’s rapport with so many African American voters seems to be part of the reason that Republican trash like George W Bush, Mitt Romney and the National Review crowd oppose him.
Brewer also noted that President Trump had ignited “a tremendous awakening in the country” among black Americans. “Donald Trump will get over 20% of the black vote,” Jack 
Andrew Yang, former candidate for president, has joined the chorus of voices pointing out how the Democrats have abandoned and driven away the working class and the poor of all colors. 
Even Democrats like CNN’s Van Jones and Jamal Simmons have begun facing the fact that President Trump’s policies have helped the working class and the poor of all colors. Trump has broken many of the old political paradigms in America, partly by being a de facto Third Party President. 
“What he (Trump) was saying to African-Americans can be effective. You may not like it, but he mentioned HBCUs [historically black colleges and universities] — our black colleges have been struggling for a long time, a bunch of them have gone under — he threw a lifeline to them, in real life, in his budget. He talked about that. He talked about the criminal justice reform. He talked about opportunity zones. He talked about school choice.”
