It’s so cute when Democrats pretend they actually care about healthcare for the poor and the working class and about governmental integrity. It’s as much fun as watching a bad movie to watch the DemoKKKrats’ phony outrage over getting rid of the disaster called Obamacare (As I mentioned a few days ago the hypocritical Democrats never cared about the poor people suffering and dying under Obamacare).
Even more hilarious is the ridiculous back and forth the Democrats keep going through over former FBI Director Jim Comey. The inimitable Mark Steyn ridiculed DemCorp’s hypocrisy masterfully:

“Not surprisingly it’s hard for these poor folk to keep up – to the point where Stephen Colbert had to rebuke his audience for cheering his announcement that Comey had been fired. ” (Click the link.)
That last part’s not a joke, by the way. The relentlessly unfunny Colbert was visibly upset that his audience of stooges thought that – since the Democrats have been blaming Comey for Hillary’s loss – they should cheer his firing! They forgot that the increasingly insane American Left MUST interpret every move President Trump makes as if it qualifies as an impeachable offense.
You can’t make this stuff up! Trump is so good at playing the Establishment’s Outrage Machine like a violin he should REHIRE Comey tomorrow just for laughs. Continue reading

CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – The 3 seeds – the LYON COLLEGE SCOTS – did battle with the top seeded MISSOURI BAPTIST UNIVERSITY SPARTANS for the AMC Tournament title. After 2 scoreless Innings the Scots grabbed a 1-0 lead in the 3rd with the Spartans tying it up at 1-1 in the 4th. 
With the release of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 last week and its introduction of the character Mantis to the Marvel Cinematic Universe I dove in for some research. 
Hell, Gwen Stacy was killed by the Green Goblin around 1973. Magneto was ret-conned into his present personality in the 1970s. Adam Warlock got his Soul Gem, later ret-conned into one of the Infinity Stones. The Defenders debuted in that decade. Wolverine was also introduced in the 70s. Same with Luke Cage, Blade the Vampire Slayer, Iron Fist, Ghost Rider, Thanos, the Punisher. Even Howard the Duck. (Well, you can’t win them all.) 
Since we just passed the one year anniversary of the death of Prince a few readers emailed me to mention it. Some even asked the time-honored question about why we wait until people are dead to give them a shoutout. 
Adam Ant is a prime example of the bittersweet connection between creativity and insanity. Unlike many other entertainers who engage in long battles against various addictions Ant’s major vice was his own periodic madness. And I don’t say that as an insult, but as a very odd compliment. (And I know about his stays in a few mental hospitals and his being diagnosed as bi-polar. I repeat – I’m not insulting him. I’m sincerely complimenting him.)
MUSLIM VIOLENCE AWARENESS YEAR CONTINUES. Islam is the most misogynistic, homophobic and otherwise intolerant religion in the world at this particular time. And the way Islam insists on marrying religion to government AND insists that non-Muslims must live by Muslim rules makes it a fascist and totalitarian movement that needs to be opposed loudly and daily.
