Ah, those Democrats! They love to act like they are THE moral models for everyone else in the world. Disgraced Democrat Representative Chaka Fattah – living up to the grand standards of the Party of Hillary “Bugsy” Clinton – has been sentenced to TEN YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON for bribery, for stealing campaign contributions, for stealing charitable donations, and for stealing federal grant money, all to finance his own Democrat-model lifestyle.
I THINK THE DEMOCRATS HAVE FOUND THEIR 2020 PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE! Nobody will ever match the criminal career of the Hillarytron or get as many cops killed as Obama has, but hey! There is obviously a great farm system in the Party of slavery, the Ku Klux Klan, the Spoils System, Tammany Hall, Jim Crow, making police Public Enemy Number One, vote fraud, Cities of Illegal Immigrants and making death threats against members of the Electoral College! Democrats are so innovative!
C’mon, Democrats! Lecture the rest of us some more in that sickeningly sanctimonious way that you love to do!

TO THE MOON & BACK IN NINETY DAYS (1917) – By John Y Brown. Balladeer’s Blog presents more Ancient Science Fiction (or Vintage Science Fiction if you prefer). This story was first penned in 1917 and later published by the Lunar Publishing Company in 1922. 
BR’ER RABBIT’S CHRISTMAS CAROL (1992) – Balladeer’s Blog’s Seventh Annual Christmas Carol-A-Thon continues! Br’er Rabbit, Br’er Fox, Br’er Bear, Br’er Gator and many other characters created by Joel Chandler Harris are featured in this animated version of the Dickens tale. 
All the characters live in a town in the American South, where a charity stage production of A Christmas Carol is being performed, with the proceeds going to benefit the terribly ill Timmy Mouse. No, not “Br’er Timmy” or anything like that, just Timmy Mouse as our Tiny Tim stand-in. 
CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – The FULLERTON COLLEGE HORNETS and the AMERICAN RIVER COLLEGE BEAVERS played each other for the CCCAA title. The Beavers managed a 3-0 lead to end the 1st Quarter but by Halftime the Hornets held a 14-13 edge. After the break it seemed Fullerton College was putting it out of reach as they compiled a 29-13 lead but American River College came back to within 29-21 to end the 3rd Quarter. In the 4th a missed 2-point conversion by the Beavers gave the Hornets a 29-27 win and the 2016 title. 
SEMIFINAL ONE – This game pitted the NORTHWEST MISSOURI STATE BEARCATS – the Defending Champions of D2 football – against the visiting FERRIS STATE BULLDOGS. The Bearcats led 21-13 at the break following which the two teams exchanged Touchdowns in the 3rd Quarter. Northwest Missouri State scored another TD in the 4th, making the score 35-20 and ending the scoring with just 4:45 left to play. The Bearcats return to the title game. 
The hit movie Moana seems to have caused a lot of people to refer each other to my various Polynesian myth articles. A few of them even claim that it feels like my articles (written and posted years ago) may have inspired the creative team behind Moana.
