SHIVA AYYADURAI, INDIAN-AMERICAN, ON WHY HE VOTED FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP AND ON HIS SENATE RUN

Shiva AyyaduraiShiva Ayyadurai, the man who is credited with inventing email among several other life-improving creations such as EchoMail, Systems Health, and CytoSolve, has announced that he is challenging Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) for her seat in the 2018 elections.

Mr Ayyadurai, like me and so many other former Democrats, has stated he grew disgusted with the Democrats as long ago as 1984 when he saw them as betrayers of the people. When he was at MIT he even started a student newspaper dedicated to exposing the corruption and failures of BOTH Democrat and Republican office-holders! Obviously he’s Balladeer’s Blog’s kind of thinker.

And just as obviously the emotional cripples who pretend to be college students in America now would have made his newspaper refrain from criticizing any Democrats.

The link to the full item is below. First some excerpts:

“He recalled the discrimination he and his family suffered under India’s caste system, a harrowing experience he says has shaped him into who he is today.” (Note from Balladeer: And I’d love to hear his thoughts on America’s caste system of Bloated Rich Pigs and their bought and paid for Democrats and Republicans trying to lord it over the rest of us.)

“I saw Trump as a necessary force to disrupt a broken system that was no longer serving the American people,” ... “I’ve always had a deep distaste, since 1984, for both Republicans and Democrats.” He said he’d initially shown some interest in the Democratic Party, but he broke from them that year, after Jesse Jackson, like Bernie Sanders, sold out the populist movement. “Trump never sold out his movement,” he said.

“He saw Trump’s victory as ushering in real change and said Trump’s victory was “bound to occur…. You can’t get away with fooling people over and over again. The truth is what intellectual and Hollywood Elites are upset at … [It] is not Trump, but that they lost control over everyday people, who they discounted as inferior — a lower caste.”

Ayyadurai said he wants to “be of service to everyday people who are getting bamboozled and lied to by the same people who claim to be their saviors. Continue reading →

BRIDE AND DOOM

Gorgon mad at PietroSynopsis: At Avengers Mansion the six current team members are at the dinner table for a turkey meal prepared by Jarvis, their butler. Suddenly, Gorgon, a member of the Inhumans (movie coming soon) and Lockjaw the car-sized teleporting dog appear in the room.

Gorgon had Lockjaw teleport the two of them to Avengers Mansion to pick up the team and bring them to the Inhumans’ hidden futuristic city the Great Refuge. He is surprised to find that Quicksilver (Pietro Frank), their former member and Wanda’s brother, did NOT tell them about the impending wedding of Pietro to Crystal, one of the Inhumans.

Mantis Action figure 2Quicksilver, in spite of the hatred he and the Scarlet Witch had always endured for being mutants, harbored such intense bigotry over Wanda’s romance with the android Vision that he had cut off all ties with her months earlier. The Scarlet Witch is driven to tears at the realization that he didn’t even invite her to his upcoming wedding.

Gorgon expresses his own outrage, making it clear that Pietro’s usual jerkish attitude has already alienated him (Gorgon) and the rest of the Royal Family and that they only tolerate Quicksilver for their cousin Crystal’s sake. Mantis calms the Inhuman down and the Scarlet Witch announces that the Avengers will happily accompany Gorgon back to the Great Refuge in the Himalayas.   Continue reading →

X: THE REAL-LIFE VIGILANTE

FRONTIERADO IS COMING UP ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 4th!

X

The Vigilante called “X”.

JOHN XAVIER BEIDLER, AKA “X” – How does a real-life figure who was known by the cool nickname “X” fly under the radar as thoroughly as this man has? His real name was John Xavier Beidler with his nom de guerre coming from his distinctive middle initial.

Born in 1831 X was one of the most successful  Vigilantes in the history of the American West and his way of playing judge jury and executioner should have made him the subject of several gritty, “adult” westerns from the 1960s onwards. Spaghetti Westerns in particular could have romanticized him as a figure akin to that sub-genre’s famed Vigilantes like the Soldier of God and Sartana and others.

By the 1850s Beidler was living in Kansas where he was associated with John Brown and some of the more active elements of the Abolitionist movement. In 1852 he took part in sabotaging the offices of a pro-slavery newspaper and the exchange of gunfire that accompanied the act. Whether or not X played any further role in the Bleeding Kansas violence is still being debated.

In 1863 John took part in the Montana Gold Rush and found himself frequenting Virginia City and Bannock. As in the California Gold Rush outlaws took advantage of the chaos to prey on gold shipments and payroll deliveries.

In Montana, however, the situation was further complicated by the fact that the gunslinging leader of the criminal faction, the one and only Handsome Henry Plummer, was also serving as the head of the area’s law enforcement.

(This was similar to the way in which modern-day criminal organizations often outrightly OWN the local authorities. Back then the crooks assumed a more active role by just pinning on a badge themselves and using their office as a cover for their illegal activities.)

Frustrated, many Montanans formed groups of Vigilantes to handle what the lawmen were too crooked or too inept to handle. Beidler refused to hide his identity like the other members of the Montana Vigilantes and so in late 1863 his fame as “X” began. Continue reading →

PRESIDENT TRUMP: THIS SAYS IT ALL

People who don't like Trump

Presidents are not supposed to be insecure children who obsess over who likes them and who doesn’t. United States President Donald Trump understands this. The weak, inept and crooked little man named Barack Obama did not.

SILVERADO (1985)

Top Frontierado Movie

Top Frontierado Movie

Frontierado is coming up Friday, August 4th!

SILVERADO (1985) – I’ve never made any secret about how Silverado is, to me, THE official movie of the Frontierado holiday. The film has all the high spirits and family appeal of Star Wars plus the well-choreographed action scenes of Raiders of the Lost Ark. On top of that Silverado features all the  highly stylized gunplay of the best Spaghetti Westerns but NOT the mud, blood, sweat and brutality of that genre.

This movie is pure escapism and features the kind of preternaturally accurate gunslingers that I jokingly  describe as “Jedi Knights in the Olllld West”. These guys (as well as most of the villains) can literally shoot the needles off a cactus, simultaneously draw and shoot with pin-point accuracy and can just “sense” when some low-down hombre might be pulling a gun on them, even with Continue reading →

MUSLIM ATROCITY ROUNDUP: JULY 10th

Islamophobia posterIt is ALWAYS Muslims and ONLY Muslims who commit large numbers of terrorist attacks in every country they spread to. Countries around the world NEVER have this problem with Hindu immigrants or Buddhist immigrants, etc. Democrats embrace and support ONLY the most violent Muslims.

Here at Balladeer’s Blog I have covered many, many Muslims and Muslim groups who WANT to live in the 21st Century and who DO NOT want to impose their belief system on others. Such Muslims get scorned by the Democrats and the political left around the world.

Democrats often won’t even let such Muslims speak on our college campuses here in the U.S. The Democrats encourage the notion that ONLY Muslims who hate the Western World and who want to live in the 7th Century are “authentic” voices. They dismiss freedom-minded Muslims as “Western Triumphalists” who have “internalized Western Oppression.”

islam-and-violenceMeanwhile Democrats, Labour and similar political parties give license to the most violent Muslim fascists to commit whatever outrages they like with the full knowledge that they (Democrats, Labour, etc) will lend legitimacy to those outrages.

Here are just a few of the recent atrocities committed by the most homophobic, misogynistic and otherwise intolerant religion in the world at this particular time:

June 23rd: Tal Adda, Pakistan: Once the flood of Muslim immigrants reaches sufficient numbers the host country also sees more and more violent attacks of Muslims on Muslims who don’t happen to worship the exact same way their attackers do. Muslim country Pakistan yet again saw such an attack as Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, one of the affiliates in the Global Muslim Fascist Murder Machine, used bombs to kill SEVENTY-TWO innocent people and injure TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE more.

Yeah, who needs to vet Muslim immigrants to see which murderous faction they might be affiliated with?

June 28th: Marawi, Philippines – Muslim fascists killed SEVENTEEN innocent people for not being Muslims. COEXISTENCE! Continue reading →

TUMBLEWEED PIZZA RECIPE FOR FRONTIERADO

Tumbleweed_sizedFRONTIERADO, the internationally celebrated holiday that falls on the first Friday in August is fast approaching.

As an early Frontierado gift to my readers here is my personal recipe for Tumbleweed Pizza, the perfect snack to go with Silverado and whatever second Western you watch on the day of Frontierado itself, which this year falls on Friday, August 4th.

Start with a few extra-large tortilla shells or round pita shells. Spread tomato paste and/or sauce around them, leaving as much crust room as you prefer. Spread shredded pepperjack cheese all over each shell until you completely cover the  tomato paste/sauce.

Add small slices of Nopolito Cactus (it will Continue reading →

MANTIS 18: THE SCARLET WITCH FINDS A FATHER

FOR PART 1 OF BALLADEER’S BLOG’S EXAMINATION OF MARVEL’S SUPERHEROINE MANTIS CLICK HERE

Giant Size Avengers 1GIANT-SIZE AVENGERS Volume 1, Number 1 (August 1974)  Nuklo: The Invader That Time Forgot

At this point in the 1970s sales at Marvel Comics were going so well that they introduced the short-lived Giant-Size versions of some of their titles, like Giant-Size Fantastic Four, Giant-Size Spider-Man, Giant-Size Defenders, etc. These were published every 3 months and featured original stories plus reprints.

The most famous of those editions was 1975’s Giant-Size X-Men Number 1 which introduced the new X-Men lineup of Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm, Banshee, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Thunderbird and Sunfire.

In my quick research for this escapist Superhero Summer series I noticed that the 1970s creative team at The Avengers did the best job of incorporating the Giant-Size quarterlies into their ongoing storyline. The greatest examples of that lie in the near future.

For this tale, the Scarlet Witch encounters the father she never knew, just like Mantis with Libra and Moon Dragon with Drax the Destroyer. Coincidence? Stimuli in a bizarre nature vs nurture affair? Psychological tumblers tripped in sequence to unlock a certain something in one of those three women? The mystery WILL be resolved, in the days ahead.

NUKLO, THE INVADER THAT TIME FORGOT

mantis on nukloSynopsis: The story opens in Avengers Mansion as the Avengers discover an unconscious Jarvis (their butler) and a trench-coated intruder standing over him. The intruder broke into the mansion past the security systems and tells the Avengers now surrounding him that he is there to claim the chrono-module.

That chrono-module is a mysterious pod-like machine that was unearthed about a week earlier during construction work in New York City. The Avengers were called in to assess the device and moved it into the laboratory at Avengers Mansion for further study.     Continue reading →
