Balladeer’s Blog’s opening subject for my new “Give Them A Shoutout Before They’re Dead” category comes to a close. This is the last go ’round for Adam Ant (Stuart Leslie Goddard) so I made it a Double Feature.
First up, it’s Desperate But Not Serious, which is not only a very catchy song but also gets featured in an accompanying music video … from the 1980s. Even if you had no idea about ANYTHING that happened in the 1980s you would STILL be able to guess it was a 1980s music video.
Then, wrapping things up, is Adam’s cover of A Dandy in the Underworld, done in honor of one of his idols: Marc Bolan from T-Rex.
Here they are! Next time around I’ll focus on a different figure or group.

One of the most nauseating qualities of Democrats that has driven away so many of us is their hypocritical way of ignoring the victims of their own policies while shrieking in phony outrage about policies proposed by anyone else. 
I want to know why they refuse to address the countless suffering people who – because of Obamacare – lost plans they could afford and had to buy plans that killed their monthly budgets.
I want to know if the Democrats and other Trump haters EVER feel a spontaneous, genuine human emotion or if they are only capable of this faux outrage they manufacture whenever they want to blame something on someone else.
The weak, inept and crooked little man named Barack Obama – the official Worst U.S. President in History – once read the following line from his teleprompter: “At some point I think you’ve made enough money.” 
Who can say how many of us will be killed by Muslim fascists between now and next Ramadan? Whether it’s us or some of our loved ones who die one thing remains certain: before our/their dead bodies have a chance to cool the gutless apologists for Islam will be defending our/their killers.

And the laughs keep coming here as the white-collar criminals of America’s 3rd World level cesspool of corruption suffered ANOTHER defeat this week. Those bought and paid-for crooks had made yet another Special Election – this one in Georgia – all about our de facto Third Party President Donald Trump. 
Balladeer’s Blog once again gives a shoutout to the legendary Camille Paglia, who is always refreshing to hear from in this time period that has seen the political left become even more irrational than religions have always been. 
TRAIL OF TEARS: Democrat President Andrew Jackson openly ignored a Supreme Court decision and subjected Native Americans to the hardships and large-scale deaths in forcibly moving them along what became infamous as the Trail of Tears. 
SLAVERY: Anyone who knows American history knows that the Democrats fought to preserve and extend their beloved “Peculiar Institution” of slavery just as obstinately as they fight today to preserve and extend Islam’s Gender Apartheid and their beloved Peculiar Institution of Sharia Law. 
THE DRED SCOTT DECISION: In the years leading up to the Civil War DEMOCRAT Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Roger B Taney was responsible for the Dred Scott Decision which claimed that African-Americans were not people and therefore had no rights. Democrats still blame the rest of us for this outrage, too.
JIM CROW: Democrats used every underhanded legislative and judiciary trick their bigoted minds could come up with to keep violating the rights of African-Americans. They did this for a century, then gave into the inevitable and embraced the long-active Civil Rights Movement.
