As always Independent Voter site Balladeer’s Blog is the only site on the web that criticizes both Democrats and Republicans equally. Let me repeat something I’ve long maintained: Democrat Bill Clinton did not deserve to be impeached. It was a cheapening of the process.
I also feel that Donald Trump does not deserve to be impeached. The Democrats have driven so many of us to #WALKAWAY from their party because of their irrational fixation on Trump. We can only hope even more #WALKAWAY now that the party is launching Russian Collusion 2.0. And they’re doing it to distract from Joe and Hunter Biden’s obvious corruption. Remember, Nancy Pelosi and her Insane Clown Posse publicly announced the impeachment INQUIRY before they even knew what was in the transcript of the phone call President Trump made to his counterpart in the Ukraine. And by the way THE ENTIRE TRANSCRIPT (link below) shows Trump did nothing wrong. Certainly nothing impeachable.
But just like the absurd witch-hunt after Bill Clinton this witch-hunt after Trump has nothing to do with facts. Nothing to do with the truth, either. It’s a Nuremberg Rally against President Trump and his supporters. As always the Democrats show the Republicans that any stupidity they ever pursued the Democrats can out-do them.
The Ukrainian president still insists Trump did not pressure him. No matter. Democrats are clearly just using this as their latest dirty trick against Trump.

The Democrats broke new ground in fascism in 2016 by threatening and trying to intimidate the Electoral College members after Hillary lost to get them to change their votes to her instead of Trump. That ugly precedent now means elections won’t necessarily even be over on election night … or election month … or later now that the Democrats have declared the Electors to be fair game for post-election “campaigning.”
NOW the Democrats are taking the disastrous and destructive step of publicizing transcripts of confidential conversations between a sitting U.S. President and a foreign leader. And based on WHAT? Gossip from a leaker (they’re NOT a “whistle blower”) who NEVER HEARD THE ACTUAL CONVERSATION but overheard other people talking about it and got alarmed that it meant Trump had blackmailed the Ukrainians just like Joe Biden did. (Joe Biden has BRAGGED about what he did. It’s on video.)
Balladeer’s Blog’s readers know I despise both Democrat and Republican office-holders because they are nothing more than white-collar criminals who all mysteriously become uber-wealthy no matter what office they get elected to. SO NOW THAT THE DEMOCRATS HAVE ESTABLISHED THIS PRECEDENT DO YOU SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT DURING A FUTURE DEMOCRAT PRESIDENCY THE SLIMY REPUBLICANS CAN’T ALSO CONJURE UP A “WHISTLE BLOWER” AND DEMAND TRANSCRIPTS OF THEIR PHONE CALLS WITH FOREIGN LEADERS?
Remember when the then-Democrat controlled Senate got rid of the 60-vote necessity for certain presidential appointments just so they could get appointees past the “eevilll” Republicans? The Republicans have been using that tactical precedent against the Democrats fairly effectively with Trump in office. Nice job, Democrats.
The destructive idiocy of the Democrats knows no bounds. Hell, in the 90s if the Republicans weren’t clueless and limp they could have pulled this, too, and demanded transcripts of Clinton’s phone calls with foreign leaders searching for any inartful comment that could be twisted to justify impeachment and conviction.
Remember Obama pressuring Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu regarding American aid if he did not act the way Obama wanted toward the Palestinians? Presidents FROM EITHER PARTY will need to have these conversations with other world leaders. Confidentiality is essential for both parties in the conversation.
Now the Democrats are making that a thing of the past. ANYTHING anyone says to any American President in ANY delicate situation might now be publicized if anyone wants to leak a rumor about that conversation. Hey, just try to pin something on Trump, no matter the cost. Who cares if world leaders can no longer risk having frank conversations with U.S. Presidents.
And both Democrats and Republicans in Congress have mentioned that this hullabaloo has now put Gun Control, one of the Democrats’ most fervently pushed policies, on the backburner now. Spite is a big expense in politics and the Democrats’ pathological hatred of Trump causes them to damage themselves in all kinds of ways.

** Financially comfortable Democrats are every bit as callous toward the needs of the working class and the poor as the most bloated rich pig Republicans are. (Think of trash like the Bush Family, Mitt Romney, etc)
** Those same Democrats will never run out of excuses for why the working class, the poor and their loved ones should do without what they need while Democrats pander to whoever their latest temporary darlings are. For awhile now it’s been illegal immigrants, no matter how many additional laws they break.
** Those Democrats feel that way because as long as they are comfortable and unharmed by the irrational policies they push they want the working class and the poor to just shut up and suffer in silence. All the while snobbish Democrats can indulge their White Messiah delusions while demonizing working class and poor people who are just trying to survive economically.
** Want to see leftist Democrats change their tune? Toss out suggestions that illegal immigrants and leftists’ other political fetishes of the moment be financed by cutting government employees’ benefits packages – especially their retirement benefits like they’re cutting in Europe to finance the wave of illegals over there.
** Cutting the bloated benefits packages of “teachers” and “educational administrators” (over 80% of whom are now Democrats due to the Democrats’ biased hiring and firing practices) is another suggestion that makes Democrats show their true nature. When a policy threatens their OWN interests they get hostile and criticize it. The same thing they scorn the poor and the working class for doing when Democrat policies threaten THEIR interests.
** Doubt me about the % of Democrats dominating our joke of an “educational system?” Doubt me about their discriminatory hiring and firing practices? Any teachers and administrators who are NOT Democrats can feel free to leave their name and school system here and say they are Republicans or list the Third Party they belong to. Per the recent Harvard/ Harris Poll Hispanic Americans support de facto Third Party President Donald Trump on immigration enforcement (65%) and not allowing illegal immigrants to vote (73%). Despite the tired old cliches pushed by the Democrats’ media outlets (I’m an Independent Voter) President Trump garnered more of the Hispanic vote in 2016 than Mitt Romney got in 2012. That puts the lie to assumptions that Hispanic Americans are offended by immigration enforcement.
Recently praise for President Trump on all this and more came from the New Mexico chapter of Latinos for Trump. The links are below, but first some excerpts:

For anyone unfamiliar with the Rotherham Report just do an on-line search for it and you can pick from countless articles. The report dealt with instances of over 1,400 young non-Muslim women being raped and groomed for further rape by Muslims in part of the U.K. Similar reports have emerged from other areas in the country. The report was first issued over 5 years ago.
Previously I wrote about the horrific specifics of the atrocities perpetrated on young women by the Muslims in the report. This time I’ll comment on the way the atrocities were enabled by U.K. bureaucrats, many of whom willfully ignored the complaints of the rape victims because the assailants were Muslim. Some of the bureaucrats have tried to excuse their actions (or rather their inaction) by plaintively whining that they “didn’t want to be accused of Islamophobia.” Continue reading

Here at Balladeer’s Blog my skepticism of polling during such an odd time period is well known. In fact, bizarrely enough, I’d like to see a poll regarding how many people distrust polls!
Anyway, a recent poll (link below) found 95% of the respondents were distrustful of the corporate media (and with very good reason). Some of the reasons cited were “spreading fake news”, “propaganda instead of news”, “reporting gossip” and “celebrity opinions.”
On the plus side it’s nice to see that mass media dishonesty has united the rest of us. Getting 95% of the public in any poll to agree on something is the kind of thing that only monumental dishonesty could engender. Continue reading

Independent Voter site Balladeer’s Blog, the Open City of America, takes a look at a parallel Earth today. As usual this is the only site on the ‘net that is truly non-partisan in its criticism of left-wing and right-wing zealots.
Several years ago a big deal was made over whether or not the 9-11 attacks could have been prevented by greater coordination between elements of the forever corrupt intelligence community. Amid the predictable partisan bickering and childish finger- pointing that characterized the 9-11 Commission and its findings an important consideration was overlooked.
That consideration was how events would have unfolded if the attacks had actually been thwarted. Let’s take a quick look at both the leftist idiocy and the right-wing idiocy that would have followed.
THE LEFTIST IDIOCY –
*** The insecure American Left always feels that the only officially “intellectual” thing to do is to take sides against one’s own country no matter what the situation is. I agree there are plenty of times when reasonable people WILL take sides against their own country, but with American leftists the rest of us have learned to just yawn and listen with amusement while they twist logic as severely as they have to in order to stick to their apparent loyalty to “everyone who hates America, right or wrong.”
*** The sheer unlikelihood of the 9-11 attacks would have served as the springboard for the leftists’ attack on the opposition party’s intelligence services foiling those attacks.
*** Leftists would have scoffed at the notion that the attacks could have ever succeeded. They would have ridiculed that possibility and made remarks like: “So the Bush administration would have us believe that this perfectly charming Mr Mohamed Atta and his friends would have succeeded in multiple plane hijackings and then, with the minimal pilot training they had, manage to fly those planes with pinpoint accuracy into the World Trade Center towers! Where- EVER does that cowboy in the White House get such notions?”
*** The default argument of all leftists is that the only people in the world that are irredeemably evil are Americans and they feel it is bigotry to ever suspect anyone else of any ugly intentions. They would have insisted the intelligence services nabbed Atta and his accomplices based solely on “racist” or “Islamophobic” assumptions. They’d have insisted it was “A Sacco and Vanzetti story for the 21st Century.”
