Barack Obama has turned out to be the most incompetent and corrupt U.S. president in history. In addition to the long list of established scandals plaguing this weak, inept and crooked little man a new element has been added. This week forty-seven of the Inspectors General who independently monitor governmental offices to uncover fraud, waste and mismanagement have appealed to Congress for help.

The white-collar criminals of the Obama Administration have been covering up, stonewalling and refusing to cooperate with those agencies THE WAY THAT PAST PRESIDENTS OF BOTH PARTIES HAVE COOPERATED. From the Justice Department down to the Chemical Safety Board the Inspectors General have jointly appealed to Congressional leaders to do their jobs and take action against the lawless administration.

Obama’s most repulsive feature is this way he has cynically exploited the fact that he is the country’s first African American president by frequently violating the separation of powers and his oath of office, relying on the country’s genuine good will to skate by. Continue reading →

The summer of 2014 will forever be remembered as the summer when Agents of I.S.L.A.M. took the nation by storm. This sensational cable television series features the savagely superstitious practitioners of a bloodthirsty religion which is never explicitly named in the series. I.S.L.A.M. (Intolerant Savages Loathing All Modernity) operatives want all gay people dead and treat women like slaves, even mutilating their genitals. 

Last night’s episode featured the religious maniacs (I’d love to know what religion they are supposed to represent but producer/director Eddie Wozniak still refuses to say) committing atrocities around the world. Among the actions taken by these barbarians included:

a) shelling a hospital full of their own people and blaming it on another country

b) enslaving hundreds of Yazidi women in Iraq

With college football kicking off on August 23rd in the divisions covered here at Balladeer’s Blog the time seemed right to present a look at the coolest football helmets in NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) football. Feel free to let me know whose helmets you feel I left out or who should have been rated higher or lower.

Comment: Now here’s a helmet that’s as grand and glorious as the mighty beast the team is named for! OBU is known for getting things done with its sports programs so even though they’re still a little new to gridiron action look for them to make noise sooner rather than later.

Balladeer’s Blog resumes its examination of the neglected Pulp Hero G-8. This continues a story-by- story look at the adventures of this World War One American fighter pilot who – along with his two wingmen the Battle Aces – took on various supernatural and super- scientific menaces thrown at the Allied Powers by the Central Powers of Germany, Austria- Hungary and the Ottoman Muslim Turks.

G-8 was created by Robert J Hogan in 1933 when World War One was still being called simply the World War or the Great War. Over the next eleven years Hogan wrote 110 stories featuring the adventures of G-8, the street-smart pug Nippy Weston and the brawny giant Bull Martin. The regular cast was rounded out by our hero’s archenemy Doktor Krueger, by Battle, G-8’s British manservant and by our hero’s girlfriend R-1: an American nurse/ spy whose real name, like G-8’s was never revealed.

Wings of the Juggernaut22. WINGS OF THE JUGGERNAUT (July 1935) – This adventure introduced an all-new foe for G-8 and his Battle Aces, a foe seeking to use the World War as a vehicle for their own personal ambitions.

A Hindu priest named Mukja sets out to crush the Allied forces. Like G-8’s earlier foe Lakurji, Mukja wants the hated British Empire out of India and has concocted a flying version of Hindu lore’s Juggernaut as his people’s secret weapon. FRONTIERADO IS HERE! CELEBRATE WITH HISTORICAL HIGHLIGHTS OF A WILD WEST TOWN

Wild West TownFrontierado is here at last! Time for buffalo steaks, cactus salads, Tumbleweed Pizzas, Cactus Jacks, Deuces Wilds, Western Spaghetti and lots of games of Frontierado Poker. Naturally the day ends with Silverado plus a few other westerns of your choice. I usually add Posse or Once Upon A Time In The West.

And since it’s a three-day weekend you’ve got both Saturday and Sunday to recover.  

When it comes to Wild West towns places like Tombstone, Dodge City and Deadwood get the lion’s share of the attention. In keeping with Balladeer’s Blog’s overall theme here’s a look at some of the action in the neglected town of Sidney, NE. Figures like Wild Bill Hickok, Luke Short, Susan B Anthony, Whispering Smith and Dom Pedro II of Brazil passed through Sidney in its heyday. Here’s a timeline of just some of the events in the town infamous as “The Wicked Burg”:  

April 29th, 1868 – Daniel Richardson, Thomas Cahoon and William Edmondson became the first recorded dead men buried in Sidney’s Boot Hill Cemetery. All three men were killed in a clash with Native Americans.

May ?, 1875 – Susan B Anthony delivered a lecture in Sidney advocating women’s suffrage.

October 24th, 1875 – At the Capitol Saloon the livery stable owner Robert W Porter and Charles Patterson got into an argument (the subject is not known) that resulted in Patterson shooting Porter to death with 3 shots. Patterson was placed under arrest. Continue reading →

Self-described “angry black woman” Chloe Valdary has absolutely NAILED the vile hypocrisy of self-congratulatory “activists” who try to defend Hamas butchery as a “struggle for freedom”. Valdary especially objects to the way that pompous hypocrites from Students for “Justice” In Palestine (SJP) try to equate the actions of the blood-crazed Palestinian terrorists with the Civil Rights struggle of African Americans.

Valdary also delves into one of my own favorite arguments – the atrocities perpetrated throughout the Middle East and Africa by Muslim colonialist forces long ago, including slavery. Read on for highlights and a link to her entire piece:

With the Frontierado holiday coming up this Friday August 1st the spectacularly beautiful Casey James, the Official Movie Hostess of Balladeer’s Blog, helps us get in the seasonal mood with another look at some very odd Spaghetti Westerns.

Dynamite JoeDYNAMITE JOE (1966) – The title hero is a Jim West- style government agent who dresses well, gambles even better and is a deadly hand with … dynamite. This oddity features Dynamite Joe on the trail of stagecoach robbers who have stolen a fortune in gold. Naturally he beats all the bad guys without once drawing (or carrying) a gun but by hurling sticks of dynamite with giddy abandon, regardless of the collateral damage. This is NOT a comedy, which makes it much funnier. The theme song tells us Dynamite Joe is “dyna-mighty”. I’m serious. 

BlindmanBLINDMAN (1971) – A blind gunslinger, wearing a sign around his neck that says “Blindman”, is a deadly shot based on his extraordinary smell and hearing. This was one of the many Spaghetti Westerns adapted from Japanese movies, in this case the series about the blind, sword-wielding hero Zatoichi. There are blatant comedic elements in this movie, which costars Ringo Starr, or else it would have made the main list. A knowing sense of humor dulls the Bad Movie Appeal. With the psychotic barbarians of Hamas proving once again that Islam is the greatest obstacle to world peace it seemed like a good time for a quick take on each individual episode of the cable series 21st Century Golem. For two seasons that edgy, irreverent show presented Jewish folklore’s clay monster the Golem defending Israeli children and the elderly from blood-crazed Hamas butchers with time out to battle the Muslim Brotherhood and Boko Haram for good measure. The pro-Hamas Barack Obama was the blustering comic-relief villain of the series and the actor portraying him has since been subjected to an IRS audit. Here’s a look at the highest-rated cable series in history!

EPISODE ONE – “21st Century Golem” – In the premier episode a Rabbi in Israel brings the clay monster called the Golem to life to fulfill its usual mission of protecting Jews from the hatemongers who always want them dead. The Golem heroically fights off dozens of murderous Hamas child-killers, but Pallywood – the Hamas propoganda arm – tries to make it seem like the Golem is to blame for all the violence. Barack Obama is the only world leader fooled by this and he calls on the U.N. to denounce Israel, which it does with giddy abandon. EPISODE TWO – “Tears Fall From the Sky” – A group of delusional college students from America show up to show their solidarity with Hamas despite Hamas’ misogyny and homophobia. In a possible reference to the real-life Rachel Corrie incident the episode featured the college students summoning up the ghost of a naive young woman who died showing her devotion to terrorism.

This ghost battles the Golem but eventually realizes the error of its ways when the ghost witnesses the Hamas madmen raping and killing the college students who summoned her. The Muslim terrorists were doing so because of the students’ support for women’s rights. The ghost of the slain woman – called “Corinne Smith” in the story – joins the Golem in defeating the Hamas rapists/killers before they can do further harm.
