Call them what they are – Democrats. Twenty-First Century Democrats embody everything they used to pretend to oppose and basically oppress people while posing as the oppressed. You can’t fight oppressors if you aren’t willing to name those oppressors and too many people shy away from bluntly pointing out the common characteristic of today’s totalitarians: they are Democrats. NOT liberals. NOT progressives.
It is DEMOCRATS who keep pushing “transition” drugs on increasingly young children, yet too many people shy away from pointing this out. It is DEMOCRATS who keep pushing to defund the police. It is DEMOCRATS who have this bizarre obsession with sexualizing children.
It is DEMOCRATS who insist just about everything makes them feel “unsafe”. It is DEMOCRATS who insist on pushing “trans” issues into virtually every piece of entertainment and increasing elements of the “educational system” (LMAO). It is DEMOCRATS who push the hatemongering gibberish of CRT.
It is DEMOCRATS who have politicized every single aspect of life to the point where they feel they can just “file complaints” with higher authority to sic those authorities on people who express the slightest disagreement with them. Continue reading

Independent Voter site Balladeer’s Blog has often stated the opinion that America’s career politicians are actually just career white-collar criminals. At no time was that more clear than when the outsider – de facto Third Party President Donald Trump – was a threat to rock the boat of the cesspool of corruption that masquerades as the U.S. government. As a man who was NOT a career politician or “made man” in the political swamp he had to fight both political parties from the start.
When our hero’s home hamlet of Jaspen, Arizona becomes a Boom Town after copper is discovered, the place turns into a proverbial web of sin and vale of tears. Michael Culligan (Louis Hayward), the greedy town boss, builds an empire for himself out of crime and greed as the copper rush continues.
IRON MAN Vol 1 #57 (April 1973)
Synopsis: We pick up an unknown number of days or weeks after our previous installment. Tony Stark returns to Stark International’s Long Island headquarters only to learn that while he and the other Avengers were occupied with taking on Magneto (Avengers 110 & 111) the workers at Stark International re-organized under a whole new union. (It’s a comic book. Ignore the real-world problems with that happening so quickly and just go with it.)
THE STOLEN PLANET (1906) – Written by John Mastin. Jervis Meredith, a wealthy young British man and his equally wealthy friend Fraser Burnley are so brilliant they invent anti-gravity. Next the young tycoons have a spaceship built so they can use their anti-gravity device to tour outer space.
The explorers make the eccentric decision to explore the region around Sirius first, rather than our own solar system. Enroute the Regina accidentally pulls an uncharted planet out of its orbit (?) and causes it to collide with another uncharted planet. This collision causes a new sun to be born. (Regular readers of Balladeer’s Blog will remember that this was apparently a big idea for a time since a lot of these old stories feature suns forming from colliding planets.)
ONE: This four-part story dealt with Cap and Falc taking on the revived 1950s substitutes for Cap and Bucky. The worldviews of two Captain Americas from different decades came into conflict. Click
America desperately needs Third Parties. The Democrats are the most divisive, destructive and selfish political party imaginable at the moment and elected Republicans are clueless, impotent frauds. For the umpteenth time in recent years I’ll point out that at present the Democrats need to be called out more because there are people – largely from overseas – who still have the ridiculous notion that the Democrats are somehow “the good guys” when in fact both our major political parties are “the bad guys.”
