MUSLIM SAVAGES LAUNCH MULTIPLE ASSAULTS ON PARIS

A SYMBOL OF HATRED, SLAVERY, MASS RAPE AND INFANTICIDE.

A SYMBOL OF HATRED, SLAVERY, MASS RAPE AND INFANTICIDE.

Spare some kind thoughts for France tonight. The followers of the blood-soaked religion called Islam – the hate-filled faith founded by the child rapist Muhammad – once again interacted with the civilized world in the only way they know how – by killing and killing and killing some more.

Some news outlets still refrain from using words like “Muslim” and “Islam” when discussing the attacks. Par for the course. It’s also par for the course that the weak, inept and crooked little man called Barack Obama claimed earlier in the day that the Islamofascists were “weaker” and “were being contained.” “I am ISIS” one of the terror suspects in France proudly proclaimed, proving Obama a liar and a fool yet again.

Tell us again, Muslim enablers, how “Islamophobic” it supposedly is to notice the connection between this barbaric belief system and the bloodshed and misery its adherents bring to every country they travel to.

MUSLIM FANATICS ARE THE NAZIS OF THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY. AND GODWIN’S LAW PUSSIES DON’T IMPRESS ME SO DON’T BOTHER CITING IT.

FRIDAY THE 13th: THE ORPHAN (1977) – REVIEW

Friday the 13th The Orphan biggerFRIDAY THE 13th: THE ORPHAN (1977) – H.H. Munro must have turned over in his grave at this adaptation of one of his short stories. This quasi-horror film was re-released in 1979 as just The Orphan and despite the original title it has no connection to the Friday the 13th series of slasher flicks. At least, no REAL connection. I’m surprised some unscrupulous distributor never tried sneaking this into theaters in the 1980’s as a “prequel” to the slasher movies by presenting the insane young boy in the movie as the grandfather of Jason Voorhees.

Even so the title makes it hard not to think of our wealthy young protagonist “David” (Mark Owens) as an ancestor of the hockey- masked slice and dice man from Crystal Lake. In the 1920’s David’s mother accidentally shoots his African Big Game Hunter father Kevin to death during an argument about his frequent overseas trips. David not only witnesses this but sees his mother put the gun in her mouth and kill herself immediately afterward. Next David gets VERY disturbed when a presumed family member (an uncredited Christopher Lloyd in a “blink-and-you’ll- miss- him” appearance) forces him to kiss his dead father as he lies in his coffin. FRIDAY THE THIRTEENTH PART 3-D (1982) ON THE TEXAS 27 FILM VAULT

Friday the 13th Part 3DBefore MST3K there was … The Texas 27 Film Vault! In the middle 1980’s, way down on Level 31 Randy Clower and Richard Malmos, machine-gun toting Film Vault Technicians First Class hosted this neglected cult show. Balladeer’s Blog continues its celebration of the program’s 30th anniversary year.

ORIGINAL BROADCAST DATE: Saturday February 14th, 1987 from 10:30pm to 1:00am.

SERIAL: None. The movie, Film Vault Corps comedy sketches and commercials filled up the entire two and a half hours this time.

FILM VAULT LORE: This episode marked the second time The Texas 27 Film Vault came with a warning about violent content. It was also at least the second time they riffed on a movie that was originally in 3-D. Randy and Richard did various jokes about wearing 3-D glasses and 3-D effects coming out of the screen at them as they watched the movie. Continue reading

AINU THUNDER GOD: KANNA

Ainu mapKANNA – The thunder/ storm god of the Ainu people. His children are all of the lesser storm deities and often live – or at least ride around – on individual clouds.

Kanna and his offspring are often depicted in flying dragon form and so, since dragons are serpents he is conflated in some myths with Kinashut, the chief serpent deity.   Continue reading

MORE AMERICAN BATTLES WITH MUSLIM FORCES

U.S. Naval hero Stephen Decatur

U.S. Naval hero Stephen Decatur

With Veteran’s Day here at last  Balladeer’s Blog takes a last look at additional U.S. military actions against Muslim forces.

*** February 16th, 1804 – On October 31st of the previous year the USS Philadelphia had hit an uncharted reef in the Mediterranean Sea while pursuing a Tripolitan Muslim ship. The Philadelphia had foundered and been seized along with her crew by the Muslims of what is now Libya.

On February 16th of 1804 the naval forces under Commodore Edward Preble pulled off a daring action which today would be considered a commando raid or Navy Seals operation. The objective: destroying the captured Philadelphia which the Muslim forces had refitted to guard Tripoli Harbor. Continue reading

MWINDO: EPIC MYTH OF AFRICA PART FOURTEEN

Balladeer’s Blog continues its examination of this epic myth of the Nyanga people.

PART FOURTEEN

elevated hutStill pursuing his evil father, Mwindo arrived at the subterranean realm of Sheburungu, home of the Nyanga creator deity Ongo. (Though Sheburungu was often used as an epithet for Ongo.) Ongo’s kingdom was inhabited by children who never aged. (Michael Jackson’s ideal world!)

The children of Sheburungu gathered around Mwindo and followed him as was the custom in all Nyanga villages when a newcomer arrived. The little boys and girls asked the semidivine hero for food and – as an indication of Mwindo’s good heart despite his tendency to egotism and boastfulness – he resolved to feed them all. HAPPY VETERANS DAY 2015

Happy Veterans Day!

Happy Veterans Day!

Well, it’s been nearly 100 years since November 11th, 1918 saw the end of World War One, or the Great War as it was called before anyone knew a second global conflict would occur. As we all know the date eventually became designated as the day for honoring the people who make it possible for the rest of us to lead our lives in relative safety.

Irrational political partisans often forget that the only reason any of them have the luxury of sitting back and making pompous, self-righteous pronouncements is because of the men and women who go out and actually DO something.

And those men and women do it even though they know that Continue reading

OBAMA’S ACTIONS AGAIN RULED UNCONSTITUTIONAL

The confused, uncomprehending face of utter incompetence.

The confused, uncomprehending face of utter incompetence.

Not only did Barack Obama get horrible grades in college but he’s been a failure as president, too. Once again a federal court has ruled unconstitutional his overreach on executive orders. This time it was the Fifth Circuit Court slapping Obama and the subject was Little Barry’s unconstitutional amnesty to illegal aliens, who matter more to him than the suffering poor of the country.

Over two dozen times now this weak, inept and crooked little man has been put in his place by courts – which have had to step in because Congress has failed in its responsibilities over and over again.

Oh, and for Little Barry’s fans – unless you clueless fools (who tend to think we never landed on the moon and that the Mossad staged the 9-11 attacks) think you understand enough about the Separation of Powers (the lines along which the decision rested) to go head to head on it don’t even try your usual lame attempts at justifying Barry’s actions.

And don’t bother whining to me about not showing this piece of garbage any respect. I’ve never shown any other American president any respect and I’m not about to start with the worst one ever.  Continue reading
