I consider all religions to be nothing but irrational mythology. That said there is only ONE religion in the world that elected officials and the increasingly shrill media constantly try to browbeat the rest of us into regarding with a reverence it does not deserve: Islam. (But only those elements of Islam that are violent and want to live in the past. Muslims working to reform their faith get ignored by the Left, who accuse them of “internalizing Western oppression.”)

April 1st – Palmyra, Syria – An investigation uncovered 40 dead victims of the Islamic State formed by Barack Obama’s premature withdrawal from Iraq. “Obamastan” is the alternate name the world has given to the Islamic State. 

March 31st – Galkayo, Somalia – A Muslim fascist suicide bomber killed 9 innocent people and injured 10 more.

March 27th – Lahore, Pakistan – Christians celebrating Easter were victims of a Muslim fascist bombing which killed 74 people and injured 362 more.  Continue reading →

FREE SPEECH, LIBERALS AND CONSERVATIVES

Muslim oppression 3Free Speech has been under assault by both Liberals and Conservatives in recent decades. There was a time when Liberals actively supported freedom of expression because they understood it was THE primary freedom from which all other freedoms flowed. The early figures from my own country’s history protected speech with the FIRST Amendment to the Constitution because they knew all too well that ideas that are considered taboo and offensive today might be considered essential truths by future generations.

The forever-hypocritical 1960s generation of American Liberals were all about Free Speech when THEIR ideas were the ones offending people. Once they considered themselves to be comfortably in the cultural, educational and political driver’s seat by the early 1990s they decided they wanted their own already outdated worldview enshrined in stone and presented as THE one true set of values.

Free speech is a civil rightThey became the Political Correctness Police and anyone who offended their 1960s attitudes had to be silenced because – as they knew so well from their own experience – when controversial ideas are given the room to breathe they can often thrive. The totalitarian asses of the 1960s can’t bear the fact that younger people might have opinions that offend THEM as much as their opinions offended their parents’ generation. 

And it’s not just in America. All around the world similar assaults on Freedom of Expression are being made. If Muslims are offended they want the offensive material banned, if authoritarian regimes like the one in China are offended they want the offensive material banned, and on and on it goes. Considering that the more easily offended someone is the less intelligent they tend to be I find it amazing that Politically Correct censorship has thrived the way it has.

Free Speech 2Keep in mind Spinoza’s wonderful line “Every man should think what he likes and say what he thinks.” That still rings true because no matter what the hypersensitive fools who want to censor the rest of us find offensive NONE of them has the right to try to extinguish one single product of the human mind. EVEN POLITICO WAKES UP ABOUT MUSLIM FASCISM

Islamophobia posterI never hide the fact that I reject the outdated labels Liberal and Conservative, nor the fact that I follow news and commentary outlets from both the political left and the political right. Politico is one of the left-wing outlets yet even THEY are starting to wake up about the wrong-headedness of the left’s attitude of “Islam: Right or Wrong!” To cite just a few new quotes from the site that usually cries Islamophobia at the slightest excuse:

***** “As the violence spreads across continents, what we are witnessing is a meltdown of the Islamic universe. Populations in Africa are as much in the cross-hairs as those of India, Europe, the U.S. and elsewhere. The victims may be diverse but the culprits are of one affiliation.” (Balladeer: Nice of them to finally notice.)

***** “So let’s be clear. The West didn’t invent despots in the region (The Middle East). The tradition predates Western influence, one strongman dynasty has replaced another for centuries — and always with a great deal of popular momentum backing its strong Islamic leaders.”

Islam and liberal***** “Why do we expect host countries to succeed in convincing (Muslims) that women have a right to equal treatment, especially when liberal thinking in Europe and the U.S. urges immigrants to hold fast to their own cultures?”

***** “Molenbeek and other Islamized neighborhoods in Europe have become fortresses of separatism. And the influence of those neighborhoods is not easily contained. There’s sufficient evidence to believe that the lackadaisical approach to undigested multiculturalism backfires repeatedly. It could all end catastrophically at any moment.”

The Islamic State, spawned by Barack Obama’s premature withdrawal from Iraq, has clamped down on Christians fleeing for their lives.

The Muslim fascists of Obamastan (the alternate name for the Islamic State) are always eager to show that they are still the craziest and most blood-soaked animals in the world. Their announced plan is to use their Christian captives as human shields in the ongoing war. The Obama Legacy will haunt the world for decades, unfortunately.

“UNWINNABLE” WARS AND LEFT-WING ARCHIE BUNKERS

Left-Wing Archie Bunker: Back in MYYYY day, you were on the right side of an issue as long as you automatically sided with the enemies of the Western World!

The Left-Wing Archie Bunkers of the 1960s generation like to pretend every war is the Vietnam War all over again. Even against the intolerant forces of Muslim fascism the gutless hypocrites of “the most self-aggrandizing generation” continue to twist logic as severely as they have to in order to take sides against the Western World.  

They also push the concept of allegedly “unwinnable wars.” The expression “unwinnable wars” needs put in perspective. In modern warfare a victorious nation shows restraint and does not bombard an entire nation into submission like was done to Germany in World War Two for instance.

That restraint means that when the conventional war is won there is a sufficiently effective enemy network still at large in the defeated nations. The existence of such networks – often aided by forces outside the defeated country – means that any victorious nation needs to be prepared to maintain forces in the defeated nation for literally two decades AT LEAST.

That will not happen because the civilized world’s enemies (Muslim fanatics at present) know that as long as they can maintain ANY level of hostile activity they can count on the spineless and self-aggrandizing political left in the Western Democracies to do politically what they themselves cannot do militarily – force a premature withdrawal of the victorious forces.

American Liberals are the biggest offenders on that score – especially the nauseatingly self-congratulatory 1960s generation of American Liberals who STILL use every conflict as an excuse to pathetically try to relive their youthful protests of the Vietnam War. Those pompous fools always ignore the fact that America and the other Western Democracies are now facing AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TYPE OF FOE and AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT SITUATION.

So this is apparently where we in the civilized world stand: we have barbaric external foes opposed to any form of freedom and built-in political parties (the Democratic Party in America, Labour in the U.K., etc) in every free nation who are determined to NEVER let their own countries win a war against those foes. Recently the perpetual children who call themselves Liberals tried to make cheap political capital out of a (possibly faked) note that the child of an illegal immigrant addressed to their parents. The child was supposedly sad about the possibility of immigration authorities catching the family and sending them home. Being Liberals the repulsive fools acted like this letter was proof of how supposedly “evil” it is for countries to have immigration laws.

To counter that here’s a letter written to Heaven by the child of a law enforcement officer killed by an illegal immigrant. It’s just as sad, Liberals. Do you immature drama queens STILL think that heart-breaking letters written by children should form the basis of a country’s immigration policy? Oh, I know, Liberals. Only touching letters that further your political goals count. If the letter below helped push your politics the letter and the little girl who wrote it would be world-famous.

(Sorry for so many political posts lately but in an election year the left and right are even more obnoxious. Plus I’m REALLY sick of the way American Liberals exploit emotion to try to make every one of their political opinions carry the force of law.)

Below is the letter written by the little girl whose father will never be coming home because of an illegal immigrant. Try to remember, Liberals, emotion can cut both ways. Not that you barely human political robots will care.

“My Mommy told me a very bad man hurt my Daddy and now my Daddy is dead. I was very sad and I cried and cried and then I asked a lot of questions.

I asked my Mommy how the bad man hurt Daddy. She said he shot him with a gun. I wanted to know why my Mommy couldn’t fix it since she was a nurse. I’m very angry at the bad man who hurt my Daddy because he hurt my Daddy really bad.

I will never be happy with the bad man. After Mommy told me, I made Daddy pictures and cards. Mommy tied them to balloons and we went outside and let them go to heaven where my Daddy is. I said Daddy, I hope you like the cards and pictures, I miss you. Then I saw Daddy on TV and I was very proud. Grandma Gwen told me he was on TV because he was special and was a hero. My Daddy is in heaven because he’s a good man.

My Aunt Jamie told me only good people can go to heaven and my Daddy can’t hurt anymore. I asked how she knew that and my Aunt Jamie said because there’s an angel at the gates of Heaven and he only lets good people in. I miss my Daddy very much and I will always remember him and love him.”

MUSLIM FASCISTS KILL MODERATE MUSLIM FOR WISHING CHRISTIANS HAPPY EASTER

Asad Shah, a 40 year old Glasgow newsstand operator, was murdered by a fellow Muslim a mere four hours after making a post on social media wishing Christians a Happy Easter. Shah was reportedly stabbed and his head stomped in. He died after being taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. 

Everyone’s thoughts should be with those who mourn this man. Asad Shah fled Pakistan because he was a member of the Ahmadi sect, who are persecuted by other Muslims because they are considered “apostates.”   

The complacent, self-satisfied egomaniacs of the political left around the world need to note the irony here. Like many truly moderate Muslims, Mr Shah moved to the Western World to escape persecution and the intolerance of so many of his co-religionists. He and others like him didn’t realize that the Labour Party in the U.K. and the Democratic Party in the U.S. would hitch their electoral futures ONLY to the type of murderous fanatics that Mr Shah fled.   

The more that the political left (which so many of us have left because of their bizarre fetish for Muslim fascism) abets ONLY the anti-Western voices of Muslim immigrants while ignoring the moderate Muslims that they CLAIM to be looking out for, the more innocent victims like Asad Shah will die. The Muslims who are as tolerant and positive as he was will catch on that they must pander to the fanatical Muslims even here in the West or wind up dead. Just like in the hate-filled lands they fled.

OBAMA RESPONDS TO A MUSLIM NUCLEAR ATTACK

The recent word out of Belgium has been that the operatives of the Islamic State spawned by Barack Obama’s premature withdrawal from Iraq were planning a “dirty bomb” attack. Obamastan (the alternate name for the Islamic State) had operatives in place at a Belgian nuclear plant. Some of those operatives were arrested and approximately eight other Muslims were fired from jobs at nuclear facilities because of questionable identification papers.

THE AMERICAN LEFT’S CUBAN FETISH EXPLAINED

Obama spinelessly let him get away with this pretence. The next day Amnesty International and other groups provided PLENTY of names of political prisoners in Cuba.

Balladeer’s Blog remains the only site on the web that equally criticizes both American Liberals and Conservatives. Some readers from overseas asked me why American Liberals adore Cuba and the Castro Brothers but constantly trash their own country for comparatively smaller offenses. I’m happy to explain:

American Liberals think that any oppressive dictatorship that is on bad terms with the United States MUST be wonderful but oppressive dictatorships that are on GOOD terms with the United States MUST be viewed as proof that we are complicit in injustices around the globe and should be hated for it. Trust me, after the bloated rich pig Castro Brothers are gone, if Cuba actually becomes closely alligned with America in the future the left will talk about nothing BUT all the political prisoners and oppression in that country.

This is just one small part of the childishly simplistic worldview of American Liberals. Any nation as large as the United States will inevitably wind up with countries that approve of its actions and countries that disapprove of its actions. Liberals think it’s automatically “deep and intellectual” to side ONLY with those nations that disapprove of America’s actions.

The rest of us, who are neither Liberals nor Conservatives (you can call us adults) evaluate each individual situation for ourselves, sometimes agreeing with America’s detractors, sometimes agreeing with America’s supporters. Obama is a typical American Liberal ass so naturally he swoons at the mere thought of Cuba and the murderous Papa Fidel and family.
