Independent Voter Site Balladeer’s Blog does another current events roundup from a country flooded with Democrat hatred, lies and callousness toward the survivors who mourn their dead victims. Long time readers may remember when I titled a 2017 blog post Democrats: The Smirking Jackasses of Life. Well, Democrat Fundamentalists have spent the years since then more than living up to that designation. Anyway, here we go.

TIMEBOMB (1991) – With Alien: Earth being streamed in recent weeks, it has brought with it the usual remarks from Alien franchise fans about what a raw deal Michael Biehn got when his character Corporal Hicks was killed off with Newt in between films.
For the first time since October of 2022, Mary Harris Jones – aka Mother Jones – speaks with Balladeer’s Blog despite having passed away in 1930. Much of the fun comes from the way that Democrat fundamentalists froth at the mouth over her visits here. 
MOTHER JONES: Good to be back, Balladeer. I notice you’ve tended to let up on some basic, solid points you’ve made in your blog posts over the years. I’m here to provide your easily distracted mind with some refreshers. 
WAR HUNT (1962) – Unusual little movie that was sort of like a Korean War forerunner of Platoon. Redford is Private Roy Loomis, a new arrival who would be the film’s Charlie Sheen equivalent, right down to his first-person narration. John Saxon would be the Tom Berenger equivalent as Private Raymond Endore, who uses the war as an excuse to give his violent tendencies full reign. 
GEORGES (1843) – Published just one year before The Three Musketeers, this novel is not only a rollicking adventure full of action, romance and double-crosses but it deals with racial issues in such a way that you would have thought it would have been adapted for film four or five decades ago. The title character uses his sword to fight slavery!
