The symbol of the nonexistent Balladeer Political Party

Balladeer’s Blog is the only site on the web that truly criticizes American Liberals and Conservatives equally. I was recently asked if there is any real distinction between the rank and file of American Liberals and American Conservatives.

Yes, there is. American Liberals have a simple-minded attitude of “My political party right or wrong” which is even more imbecilic than the old attitude of “My country right or wrong.” Liberals mindlessly and unquestioningly obey the Democratic Party and believe anything they are told to believe from the Party’s talking points on any given week.

American Conservatives have, in recent years, at last broken away from their own knee-jerk allegiance to the Republican Party. Conservatives have got enough backbone to describe their Party’s leadership and elected figures with the contempt they deserve and no longer support a candidate just because they have an (R) after their name. LIBERALS & CONSERVATIVES & INTELLIGENCE

When you learn to look beyond the now-meaningless words “liberal” and “conservative” …

Just as American Conservatives have hopelessly politicized the word “patriot” to the point where it’s meaningless, American Liberals have hopelessly politicized the word “intellectual” to the point where it is meaningless, too. Conservatives will describe someone as a “patriot” IF that person mindlessly agrees with all their political views. Liberals will describe someone as an “intellectual” IF that person mindlessly agrees with all their political views.

In reality neither American Conservatives nor American Liberals are in any way fit to bestow labels like patriot and intellectual on anyone NOR are they fit to strip away such labels. Liberals are hilarious the way they pretend that even semi-literate movie stars and singers are “intellectual” as long as they unquestioningly spout Liberal dogma. American Liberals simultaneously pretend that even people who have multiple degrees are “dumb” if they hold opinions that the mindless conformists of liberalism disagree with.

Take for instance George Clooney. He dropped out of college but because he zealously spouts nothing but liberal talking points the American Left considers him “intellectual”. On the other hand if he was a Hollywood celebrity who dropped out of college and who expressed opinions that American Liberals disagree with he would be mocked and ridiculed as “an uneducated white American”.

AMERICAN LIBERALS AND THEIR MUSLIM FETISH EXPLAINED

Welcome back to Balladeer’s Blog, the only site on the web that criticizes American Liberals and Conservatives equally! Reasonable people are often very puzzled by the gutless hypocrisy of Liberals when it comes to Islam. After all, Islam is the most homophobic, misogynistic and otherwise intolerant religion in the world at this particular point in history. Yet despite that, American Liberals are too cowardly to criticize Muslims the same way they criticize Christians or Jews.

I’ll try to put it in perspective. The 9-11 attacks immediately cowed Liberals into submission and made them abandon even the mild criticism they used to throw at the Muslim world. It has NOTHING to do with any real fondness for the reactionary, superstitious savagery of Islam, it’s just that American Liberals simple-mindedly think they’re being “deep” and “intellectual” for siding with anyone perceived to be in a conflict with the United States and the rest of the Western Democracies.

Trust me, if PERUVIANS had committed the 9-11 attacks then the hilariously pretentious asses of American Liberalism would have immediately sided with Peruvians. Well, not ALL Peruvians, mind you … only the ones who advocated violence against the U.S. Peruvians who criticized Peruvian terrorism would be ignored by Liberals the way they ignore Muslims who criticize Muslim terrorism. Q&A: WHY ARE AMERICAN LIBERALS SO REPULSIVE?

I often get emails and comments that say things like: “Given the type of things you write about you’re clearly not a Conservative so why do you bash Liberals so much?” Or even: “What makes American Liberals such unbearable jackasses?”

Let me provide one small example. Not so long ago, one of America’s female Conservatives (which one is not important to this example) was speaking at a Tea Party event and closed by exhorting her audience to “Party like it’s 1773.”

American Liberals all across the media and the internet had a field day ridiculing the woman for saying that. In their usual prickish, pompous manner American Liberals assumed the woman had meant to say 1776, which was the year the Declaration of Independence was signed. Liberal asses repeated their snobbish “Conservatives are stupid” meme over and over again because of this incident.

The symbol of the nonexistent Balladeer Political Party

Actually since the Boston Tea Party, the event the Tea Party takes its name from, happened in 1773 – NOT 1776 – the Conservative Woman had the right year. That simple fact was lost and/or ignored in the slew of jokes about how “historically illiterate” Conservatives supposedly are for defending the woman. Talk shows, news shows, internet humor outlets all ran with the usual “Conservatives are morons” sentiment for several days.

Let me emphasize this for my overseas readers: the people who had the historical reference RIGHT became national laughingstocks and were being ridiculed as “stupid” by the people who were WRONG about the historical reference. Corrections were never run or aired by any of the offending outlets. The historical fact was lost in the rush to ridicule and all the general public remembered was that, supposedly, once again Conservatives had revealed how “stupid” they are. Continue reading →
