USAO DROVERS BASEBALL TRIUMPHS OVER THE CAVALIERS

CHICKASHA – With 10 strikeouts thrown, sophomore pitcher David Garcia led the Drovers to their 10th win of the season and a first Sooner Athletic Conference victory.

Garcia, who is now 2-2, pitched the first seven innings of the nine-inning game against Saint Gregory’s University. In the 29 batters he faced, he gave up just four hits and one run.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT’S FEBRUARY FRENZY CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT ACTION

Two number seven seeds over two seeds, a number six over a three and a five over a four in last night’s action! And honorable mention goes to the Viterbo V-Hawks, an eight seed who gave the one seed nearly all they could handle in a valiant 69-66 loss.
