AMERICAN MIDWEST CONFERENCE – The 3rd seeded WILLIAM WOODS UNIVERSITY OWLS wound up in a 10 inning battle with the top seeds, the MISSOURI BAPTIST UNIVERSITY SPARTANS. MAY 1ST NAIA COLLEGE BASEBALL TOURNAMENT RESULTS

In yesterday’s Red River Athletic Conference tournament the UTB-TSC Scorpions defeated the Northwood (TX) Knights in a 13-12 orgy of offense. The LSU- Shreveport Pilots (as in riverboat pilots) dismembered the Texas  Wesleyan Rams by a score of 11-0 and the Wiley Wildcats crushed the hapless Texas College Steers 11-1.
