In regard to the meeting between Mark Rutte and President Trump (aka the NATO apology tour), several things recently happened:
Russia responded to the UK’s comments about aid to Iran by “covertly” placing three subs over the cables and pipelines that supply the UK with their internet and petrol
When their base in Cyprus was attacked by Iran, the UK sent a destroyer (which promptly broke down) and the UK had to borrow a German destroyer to complete the mission
With the jolly great time Britain is having, guess who is forming alliances to retake the Falkland Islands?
