Many of my regular readers are from overseas and they often express confusion about America’s method of nominating people for the presidency and about how we end up with the same type of tiresome partisan zealots time after time.

The important thing to remember is that our choices are severely limited by those two rival gangs of white- collar criminals called Democrats and Republicans. LIBERALS AND CONSERVATIVES AND WHY WE DESPISE THEM BOTH

Two terrible presidents who destroyed the American economy

Welcome back to Balladeer’s Blog, the only Independent Voter site on the web that is truly nonpartisan in its criticism of the walking caricatures called Liberals and Conservatives.

Let me treat you to a breakdown of some of the reasons why American Liberals and Conservatives are equally despised.

In these posts I generally start with what’s wrong with American Liberals first and examine what’s wrong with American Conservatives second. That’s because, let’s face it, Conservatives are slapped in the face plenty of times a day with the fact that the rest of us don’t agree with most of their ridiculous positions. Fox News Channel and talk radio are really the only major outlets they can turn to without seeing their views and values viciously trashed.

LIBERALS AND CONSERVATIVES AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

Two of the worst presidents in history walk into a bar …

 Welcome back to the favorite site of Independent Voters! This is Balladeer, America’s favorite loose cannon of the Culture Wars! Actually I’m far from famous but you have to admit the expression “America’s favorite loose cannon of the Culture Wars” really kicks ass! As always this is the only site on the web that criticizes both Liberals and Conservatives equally.

Following today’s Supreme Court decision on illegal immigration which, surprise, surprise, struck down part of the law being reviewed AND upheld part of the law being reviewed, both sides are claiming victory. Many of my readers are from overseas and they’ve been asking me about the political gibberish that Liberals and Conservatives spout about immigration laws here in the U.S.

ONE WOMAN FACES DANGEROUS TIMES IN CHINA

 My favorite international adventuress, “Gabryella”, author of the riveting blog The World According To Woman (logo at right) offers a tense and disturbing look at xenophobia and misogyny in China.

LIBERALS AND CONSERVATIVES AND “JUDICIAL ACTIVISM”

 Welcome back to Balladeer’s Blog, the only Independent Voter site on the internet that is truly nonpartisan in its criticism of the shrill children called Liberals and Conservatives.

Last time around I addressed the hilariously frantic overreaction of both Liberals and Conservatives to the oral arguments about Obamacare presented to the Supreme Court. In a related topic, this time I’ll address what America’s shrill political zealots mean when they say “judicial activism”. This is in amused response to Obama’s whining about the Supreme Court and the power the Justices wield as “unelected figures” appointed for life.

Sujit Das’ work Islam Dismantled: The Mental Illness of Prophet Muhammad is a much- needed critique of the founder of Islam. It’s easy to find books criticizing the founders of other belief systems from around the world but when people are brave enough to subject forever-intolerant Islam to these same rational examinations the cowardly political correctness police pretend it’s “hate speech” or “Islamophobia.”

LIBERALS AND CONSERVATIVES AND THE SUPREME COURT HEARINGS ON OBAMACARE

Both sides of the American political spectrum have hilariously overreacted to the inept presentation made before the Supreme Court by Obama’s Solicitor General Donald Verrilli. Verrilli’s role in such a hearing is to provide some justification regarding the constitutionality of Obamacare but he sounded like a poorly-prepared 12 year old reading his book report to the class.

LIBERALS AND CONSERVATIVES AND THE 9-11 ATTACKS

 Independent Voter site Balladeer’s Blog, the Open City in an America being torn apart by liberal zombies and conservative zombies, takes a look at a parallel Earth today. As usual this is the only site on the ‘net that is truly non-partisan in its criticism of left-wing and right-wing zealots.

Several years ago a big deal was made over whether or not the 9-11 attacks could have been prevented by greater coordination between elements of the intelligence community. Amid the predictable partisan bickering and childish finger- pointing that characterized the 9-11 Commission and its findings an important consideration was overlooked.

That consideration was how events would have unfolded if the attacks had actually been thwarted. Let’s take a quick look at both the Liberal idiocy and the Conservative idiocy that would have followed.
