Here at Independent Voter site Balladeer’s Blog I’ve been getting a lot of comments and emails asking why I haven’t been weighing in on Joe Biden’s utterly disastrous handling of Afghanistan.
Well, I haven’t been because for once even some Democrat media outlets were bashing the corrupt, mentally failing buffoon over one of his many failures. For just a few examples:
From the Democrats at the New York Times – “FINAL FAILURE IN AFGHANISTAN IS BIDEN’S TO OWN.”
From the Democrats at The Atlantic – “BIDEN’S BETRAYAL OF AFGHANS WILL LIVE IN INFAMY.”
Even the Democrats at USA Today weighed in.
Democrat Congressman Vicente Gonzalez had the courage to say on social media that “the situation in Afghanistan is another shame” on the Biden administration and there is now “no way to hide it.”
And for those interested in bi-partisanship:
From the Republicans at Red State – “BIDEN ORDERED AFGHANISTAN WITHDRAWAL AGAINST WARNINGS FROM TOP GENERALS: REPORT.”
And there was this – “JOE BIDEN REMAINS HIDING AT CAMP DAVID AFTER AFGHANISTAN COLLAPSES.”
While the Republican John Podhoretz added this – “ALL BIDEN HAD TO DO WAS … NOTHING.” A very salient point, but Biden and his ilk believe in Democrat Exceptionalism and feel they can’t ever be wrong.
By the way, for those who paid attention, you would have seen America’s utter failures called our Intelligence Community claim on August 12th that “KABUL COULD FALL TO THE TALIBAN WITHIN NINETY DAYS.” In reality it took just over THREE days but, since that is indeed “within ninety days” our bloated, corrupt at best and destructive at worst intelligence agencies will count that as an “accurate assessment.” Actually “within the week” would have been an ACTUAL accurate assessment, even if it was still a bit off.
Anyway, for oversees readers, here is another example to bear in mind when you get tempted to think American citizens are “redneck yahoos” for being skeptical of our clownish, criminal political class and their intelligence community “experts.”
P.S. And if anyone still doubts that the corporate fascists of Big Tech are repulsive with their selective censorship, remember the Taliban is still allowed on Twitter and hasn’t been banned.

Would someone please explain why they think the factions (all Muslims) in the Middle East, Afghanistan, will fight each other. A good example were the soldiers who were trained to keep the Taliban at bay. What did they do when they heard the Taliban were knocking at their door – took tail and disappeared. Twenty years of death and destruction for our soldiers. When will the military complex understand – it’s the Koran they follow – not anything else.
They just want the U.S. money flowing into the country.
Stop the wasteful spending.

It’s utterly shameful that the Taliban – who are complete animals that marry and murder 12 year old girls – are allowed on Facebook. It’s just one more example of how the Democrats cozy up to dictators and terrorists. And remember when Arizona Senator Krysten Sinema, while prancing around in her pink tutu, declared that it’s okay for Americans to fight with the Taliban? It’s lunatics like this who shame America in the eyes of the world. The actions bringing down El Stupido Biden will also bring down Obama.
I know how you feel. And I didn’t know that about Sinema. I hope you’re right about Biden but you’re more optimistic than I am.

I don’t know, it all seems so strange… I can’t separate this from the ongoing strategy (covid). At a certain point we woke up with this emergency: the return of terror. In the name of the war on terror we accepted the loss of privacy with the distribution of cameras and controls on the media. What will we have to give up now? Covid+Taliban=?
I know. I’m as apprehensive as you are.
Here in Italy they are promoting a division between the vaccinated and the non-vaccinated. There are beginning to be doctors who refuse to treat the unvaccinated…. Hate and denunciation are being fomented. The closer we get to the declaration of the uselessness of the vaccine (experimental gene serum) the more they try to force the shots. Now we have to see how the judges will side with the first complaints of unconstitutionality. The green pass segregates those who do not have it and at the same time notes the customs and traditions of those who do. Taleban??? 😷
It is the same over here, just not as far along as Italy yet. My view is nobody better lecture me who isn’t also complaining to the Biden regime about letting untold numbers of illegals into the country with NO testing or vaccinations and NO warning to communities where he is placing them.
Illegals are good business in every sense of the word: they make money for those who let them in and they lower labour costs because they can be blackmailed. Many are celebrating, traffickers and entrepreneurs, but also politicians who will find an electorate (at least the first generation) easier to manipulate.
Oh, definitely, plus they get to act like they are allowing the flood of illegals for “compassionate” reasons rather than monetary reasons.
Oh, compassion works very well. Having the Pope in the house (and his theocratic nation, sorry, Vatican State) has exposed us to fantastic declinations of the concept 😉
Ha! How about if Francis opens up Vatican City to the flood of illegals and give up at least a tenth of their money to the poor rather than just lecture the rest of us about what we are supposed to do.

Religious bodies (which are on our territory, but belong to the Vatican) host a lot of illegal immigrants and for this they receive an attractive per diem, which is great for restarting and fixing (also in construction terms) uninhabited places that were destined to collapse tile by tile.

Never directly! The illegal immigrants are already here, brought by those nasty Libyan traffickers! The same ones paid by Europe not to let them out of the Libyan concentration camps! The argument is simple and complex, it is all in the contradictions. However, the Vatican has been in the midst of so many disgusting scandals, but it is typical of power to always move in the same direction.
