THE CIA HAS NO “WHISTLEBLOWERS” – ONLY OPERATIVES

Trump and JFK picWhy would anyone trust ANYTHING coming from a CIA employee? America’s CIA has a well-deserved international reputation for being the dirtiest of the dirty and the lowest of the low. After the 9-11 attacks the Democrats were reminding everyone that the CIA is trash and their actions around the world have made the U.S. many enemies.

But when CIA activities facilitate Democrat Party corruption all is forgiven, apparently.

Read Watergate reporter Bob Woodward’s book Veil for just one of many thoroughly detailed looks at the corrupt practices of the CIA. Veil even includes a few instances of the CIA’s leaker network of current and former employees sabotaging figures appointed by U.S. presidents if they don’t get their way.

Trump and JFK JrAnd let’s remember Democrat Chuck Schumer, rather than praise de facto Third Party President Donald Trump for the boldest stands against America’s dirty intelligence community since John F Kennedy, instead taunted him for defying them, saying “They have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.”

Bush CIAThe thought of trusting ANY CIA-tainted figure on crucial issues is absurd. Remember their assurances that Iraq had Weapons of Mass Destruction? How much blood is on their and George W Bush’s hands for that? Plus George’s father has a CIA center named for him because of his past with the agency, including as director under Ford.

And by the way, one of the reasons I used to be a Democrat was because of their outspoken criticism of the CIA. They no longer have the courage to do that, apparently, if Schumer’s cowardice is any indication.

In case anyone needs a reminder of the many, many offenses of the CIA and why they have not earned the benefit of the doubt I’ll be glad to provide a list.

Technically correct, with a nuance: “The Company” has operatives as well as leakers who may also be operatives, but not necessarily operating on behalf of “The Company”.

Never forget that when you’re dealing with “The Company”, even the so-called “whistleblowers” are merely leakers with an agenda of their own, and that operatives always behave like operatives.

That this agenda ever corresponds to anything resembling the so-called “public interest” happens to be a construction of merest accident and not so much something all that deliberate, even when it comes to those with the best of intentions.

“No, Number Six? NYET! NYET, NUMBER SIX!” 🙂

Yes, but The Prisoner wasn’t an agent, he was a free man …

But it was a clever angle of an attack for Yet Another Number Two.

    • Always good to hear from you! You may prefer different terminology but it looks like we’re essentially on the same page regarding America’s intelligence agencies being counter-productive at best and heinously criminal at worst.

      • Post Alley Crackpot

“Permanent Record” by Edward Snowden came out in print this past month, and it starts with a sort of vocational and life history record that includes going over the particulars of his past well before much more recent events …

This has a certain comical effect for more observant readers.

“Look! Look! I wasn’t always an operative! I had a real life and stuff before defence contractors dragged me off to their Village for training! This is not the life I would have chosen, this is the life that was chosen for me! J’accuse, les circonstances!

Now, of course, despite the best of intentions, there’s still that “operatives will always be operatives” angle.

Vladimir Putin understands this, and that’s why early on in Snowden’s exile in Moscow that he called upon him to make clear that the one thing that wouldn’t be tolerated was for him to operate like an operative.

Yes, what Snowden did was incredible when it comes to showing the depth and breadth of the New Leviathan of surveillance as orchestrated through an Anglo-American nexus, and yet the everyday complacency about this today makes you wonder what all of it was for.

“I think, therefore I am, therefore I am spied upon by my mortal enemies.”

Even Robespierre wasn’t that cynical about “the enemy within”.

This is why I reacted to the concept of “whistleblowers” with sarcasm and contempt: operatives will always be operatives.

Then again, I fully expect to see The New Number Two showing up with a smile and a cake any day now, seeing that my birthday isn’t too far off …

They shouldn’t take liberties: my own reaction could qualify as Thermidorian.

      • I agree. And did you hear that Democrat Congresswoman from Michigan (I can get her name if you aren’t familiar with this video) proudly acknowledging that she and all her colleagues who co-wrote an op-ed supporting impeachment are “former military and former CIA.” Horrible spot for any country if “former” intelligence figures get elected to office.

The CIA has become the worst entity on the planet.

  3. Bertram

America’s intelligence services need smashed into a thousand pieces like JFK wanted!

  4. Here’s the thing about real whistleblowers: They nearly always end up ruined. If you claim to be a whistleblower against an entity as powerful as the CIA, and you’re not either dead or unemployed/unemployable and suffering constant attacks on your character, you’re probably not a whislteblower.
