DAY ONE: GAME ONE – The 7th seeded STERLING COLLEGE WARRIORS and the 10 seeds – the POINT UNIVERSITY SKYHAWKS – were tied up at 1-1 in the 1st Inning. The Warriors grabbed a 5-3 lead in the 4th Inning and then shut out the Skyhawks from there. The final score was Sterling College 9 Point University 3 with Pitcher James McDonald snagging the win for the Warriors.
DAY ONE: GAME TWO – The 8 seeds – the LINDSEY WILSON COLLEGE BLUE RAIDERS – and the 9th seeded MASTER’S COLLEGE MUSTANGS went scoreless in the 1st Inning. The Blue Raiders made it a 1-0 game in the 2nd Inning then added runs in the 5th, 6th and 8th while limiting the Mustangs to 1 run total. Lindsey Wilson College won the game 7-1 for Pitcher Scott Sebald, who went 9 Iron Man Innings.
DAY ONE: GAME THREE – Up next the 3rd seeded BELLEVUE UNIVERSITY BRUINS clashed with the 6th seeded AUBURN UNIVERSITY AT MONTGOMERY WARHAWKS (formerly the Senators). The Warhawks led the Bruins 3-0 by the 2nd Inning but Bellevue U tied the score at 3-3 by the 4th. A 5-5 tie in the 7th Inning stood until the TENTH, at which point the Bruins pulled out a 6-5 win for Leland Tilley.
DAY ONE: GAME FOUR – The 4th seeded Defending Champions – the LEWIS-CLARK STATE WARRIORS – seized a quick 1-0 edge over the 5th seeded UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND ARTS OF OKLAHOMA DROVERS in the opening Inning. Neither team put up runs again til the Drovers tied things at 1-1 in the top of the 9th. The Warriors drove in a run in the bottom for a 2-1 victory for Pitcher Kevin Hamann.

DAY THREE: GAME A – The 7 seeds – the TRINITY CHRISTIAN COLLEGE TROLLS – did battle with the 6th seeded WARNER UNIVERSITY ROYALS. Neither team scored in the first 4 Innings but in the 5th the Trolls made it a 1-0 game. That became 2-0 in the 6th Inning and 4-0 in the 7th. The Royals tried a 9th Inning rally but fell short as Trinity Christian College won it 4-3. Mark Levigne got the Win and Zack Jones the Save.
DAY THREE: GAME B – This game featured a major upset as the 10th seeded BETHESDA (CA) UNIVERSITY FLAMES took the diamond against the 2nd seeded CAMPBELLSVILLE UNIVERSITY TIGERS. The Flames put the Tigers on notice with a 2-0 advantage in the 2nd Inning. The pursuing Tigers faced a 3-1 deficit in the 3rd Inning and cut it to 3-2 in the 5th. Bethesda University added 2 runs in the 7th and Campbellsville U put up 1 in the 9th. Flames Pitcher Daniel Sandoval picked up the 5-3 victory.
DAY THREE: GAME C – The 5 seeds – the OAKLAND CITY UNIVERSITY MIGHTY OAKS – did battle with the 9th seeded HIWASSEE COLLEGE TIGERS. The Mighty Oaks trailed the Tigers 2-1 in the 1st Inning but went on top 3-2 in the 3rd. The 7th Inning ended with a 4-2 advantage for Oakland City University and the 8th with them holding a 6-3 lead. A Hiwassee College rally fell short as the Mighty Oaks won it 6-5. Alec Sandefer was the winning Pitcher.
