FAKE Q AND A WITH CHARLIE SHEEN: ONE VATICAN ASSASSIN WARLOCK LOOKS AT LAST NIGHT’S CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT RESULTS

Charlie Sheen indicating the direction his career and sanity are taking.

Well, I was a busy guy yesterday ghost-writing Charlie Sheen’s “ad- libbed” rant and while I was busy turning his tin into gold (effortlessly and magically of course) the NAIA basketball tournaments continued. Since I’m not a pussy like Thomas Jefferson I had the balls to ask Charlie to do one of my fake Q&A’s  about Continue reading

WEDNESDAY NIGHT’S FEBRUARY FRENZY CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT ACTION

Two number seven seeds over two seeds, a number six over a three and a five over a four in last night’s action! And honorable mention goes to the Viterbo V-Hawks, an eight seed who gave the one seed nearly all they could handle in a valiant 69-66 loss. What my readers always care about are cool-named teams, so here we go – still alive – SAU Fighting Bees, Cal Maritime Keelhaulers, Jamestown Jimmies, Bethany Swedes, SDMT Hardrockers.   OUT –  V-Hawks, Comets, Blue Hawks, Cobras, Threshers, Moundbuilders and Spires.

An eleven seed over a six seed and a few six seeds over three seeds. Plus cool-named teams like the Trinity Christian Trolls, the IUS Grenadiers and the IUE Red Wolves are still alive! (Sadly the Crimson Wave, the Peregrines and the Gyrenes are out)

BAD MOVIE PAGE- THE “KILLER ELEVATOR” MOVIE – THE LIFT (1983)

From 1983 comes this overlooked gem of a bad movie. There’s no real way to adequately describe this flick briefly so let’s dive on in to the review. For more Bad Movie reviews click here: https://glitternight.com/bad-movies/

THE LIFT (1983) – Category: A neglected bad movie classic that deserves a Plan 9-sized cult following       Don’t believe the IMDB entry for this movie that lists “comedy” as well as “horror” as one of this film’s genres. Oh, it will make you laugh uproariously but if you actually watch the movie (which I swear half the IMDB people never do with the movies they provide info on) you can tell none of the humor is intentional. This absurd horror film from the Netherlands is about a killer elevator … yes, a killer elevator. There is so much to love about this forgotten Continue reading

SAILFISH BASEBALL BEATS FLAGLER, FALLS SHORT AGAINST LIMESTONE

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.- Although the Palm Beach Atlantic University baseball team would have loved a 3-0 weekend including a sweep of Flagler College, the Sailfish will gladly take two out of three as the Blue and White followed up their come-from-behind win over Flagler with a 15-0 drubbing of the Saints the following afternoon. Later that afternoon the Fish would Continue reading
