PRASCO PARK – EARLY GAMES – Yesterday was Day Three of the College World Series for the NCCAA (National Christian College Athletic Association). The 3rd seeded LEE UNIVERSITY FLAMES upset the 2nd seeded TREVECCA NAZARENE UNIVERSITY TROJANS by a score of 4-1. In Series play the Flames are now 2-1, the Trojans 2-2. ### The 7th seeded CEDARVILLE UNIVERSITY YELLOW JACKETS improved to 3-0 in Series play, clobbering the now 0-3 10 seeds – the LANCASTER BIBLE COLLEGE CHARGERS – in a 10-1 annihilation.
LEGACY FIELD – EARLY GAMES – Meanwhile over at Legacy Field the 4th seeded FRESNO PACIFIC UNIVERSITY SUNBIRDS likewise moved to 3-0 with a dominant 4-0 shutout of the top seeded OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY EAGLES, who fall to 1-2-1. ### And in Legacy Field’s other early game the 8th seeded TRINITY CHRISTIAN COLLEGE TROLLS came up short once again in a game for the ages, losing to the 9th seeded SHORTER UNIVERSITY HAWKS 6-4.
