For awhile, before Ward came this morning, I was thinking about WXYZ and Milt Soupman, missing the King of Zany and his entourage. As ward approached, it dawned on me, “why, I got my on Soupman right here, right now, and the schtick, though every day redundant, is surrounded by new characters who far outstrip White Fang and Black Tooth for cruelty and shame. I slipped this morning’s little white into a box in the nightstand while Ward was preoccupied watching Gloria, the new receptionist walk to the cafeteria. Last time, it took two of the white doobers to put Ward on his butt so I could sneak out the back door. I need a smoke real bad. Gloria is off tomorrow but Thursday, Friday certainly with three little whites saved-up I’m gonna take my hidden pack of Camels as soon as Wartd nods-off. Seen Glora sneak out back for a smoke too. If my timing is right…
