Katie Hobbs of AZ pulled that same crap about not participating in debates. She used victimization as her qualification to become governor. I believe ANY POLITICIAN WHO REFUSES TO PARTICIPATE IN DEBATES IS UNQUALIFIED FOR PUBLIC OFFICE. Just like the American people comprise the “militia” in this country, the American people ARE the opposition party. I’ve said this many times, and it falls on deaf ears. It’s up to THE AMERICAN PEOPLE to resist policies and politicians who are not working for them. We cannot rely on the GOP, moderate Democrats, or any other party to save us.
I certainly agree, and you know damn well that if a Republican refused to participate in debates the Democrats’ media outlets would crucify them for it and they would be asked about dodging debates every day. The useless Republican Party STILL lacks sufficient media outlets and doesn’t seem to care.
