BERNIE SANDERS “HUMILIATED” AT THE DEMOCRATS’ CONTEMPT FOR THE WORKING CLASS

Has someone broken Ape Law or is Bernie still chewing out the Democrats?

Bernie Sanders, whose opportunity to square off against Donald Trump in the general election was stolen from him by Hillary Clinton and her co-conspirators in the DNC, was on CBS Monday.

To his credit he continues to berate the Democrats for the way they have aggressively insulted and alienated the working class people who used to be the heart of the party.

He said “I think there needs to be a profound change in the way the Democratic Party does business. It is not good enough to have a liberal elite. I come from the white working class, and I am deeply humiliated that the Democratic Party cannot talk to the people where I came from.”

(Note from Balladeer: Actually they DO talk to working class people, Bernie, but all they ever do is call them stupid and – yaaaawwwwn – “racist.”)

The Guardian concurred, pointing out that “The Democratic party once represented the working class. But over the last three decades the party has been taken over by Washington-based fundraisers, bundlers, analysts, and pollsters who have focused instead on raising campaign money from corporate and Wall Street executives and getting votes from upper middle-class households in “swing” suburbs.”

Or as I’ve always put it here at Balladeer’s Blog bloated rich pigs and one percenters pocketed DemCorp the same way as they did RepubCorp. For video of Bernie’s CBS appearance click  HERE

Bernie Sanders has endorsed Keith Ellison to be the new chair of the Democratic National Committee.

  1. Bernie should side more with Trump now. The democrats have shown what their true colors are.
