CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – When all the dust had settled in this year’s thrilling College World Series for the NJCAA Division One the last two teams standing were the IOWA WESTERN COLLEGE REIVERS and the MIAMI DADE COLLEGE SHARKS. The Reivers came into the title game undefeated in this year’s Series play but the Sharks already had a loss to their name, so Miami Dade had to win just to force a second game in this Double- Elimination tournament. Iowa Western would have none of it, though, utterly swamping the Sharks SEVENTEEN to FIVE to take their third baseball championship in the last five years! Drake Robison pitched for the win. * CONGRATULATIONS TO THE REIVERS, THE 2014 CHAMPIONS OF NJCAA BASEBALL! *
