Balladeer’s Blog takes a look at the finalized field of teams for the college world series’ in two of the divisions covered here. The NAIA’s College of Idaho Coyotes (logo at left) are the featured team in this post not only because they upset the top seed in their playoff region (Azusa Pacific University) but also because today the college announced IT IS RELAUNCHING ITS FOOTBALL PROGRAM!!!
Yes, for the first time since 1977 C of I will be playing intercollegiate football! But, getting back to the subject at hand, let’s start with the teams making the NAIA and NCCAA Division 1 College World Series field:

I’ll have the NJCAA3 College World Series field next! NCAA D2 and D3 are just starting their national playoffs this week, with 48 and 56 teams, respectively, in the running.
I never knew about any of these teams before! It’s great to hear about these divisions! I could picture my kids being much happier at these schools!
