Great posts as always. I’m not very familiar with politics, but always find your posts interesting to read. This one about the corrupt nature of the court system in the United States brought to mind memorable movies that I have seen. For instance, it reminded me of the film “The Trial of the Chicago 7”. A brilliant courtroom drama, it told the true story about the infamous trial involving seven individuals protesting against injustice in the legal system during the 1970’s. After reading your post, it’s sad to see how little has changed within a country doomed to repeat its painful past today. If you’re a fan of courtroom dramas, “The Trial of Chicago 7” is a must-see.
