CLARIFYING THE ABSURD “FRAUD” ALLEGATIONS FOR OVERSEAS READERS

From Joe Biden’s corporate fascist kleptocracy comes this item from INDEPENDENT VOTER SITE BALLADEER’S BLOG

democrat republican otherASSORTED OVERSEAS READERS HAVE REQUESTED CLARIFICATION OF THE NEW YORK CITY “FRAUD” NONSENSE. It doesn’t matter if you like or hate Donald Trump, you have got to be alarmed at the ongoing courtroom travesties that he is being subjected to.

Regarding the current NYC circus, it regards LOANS WHICH TRUMP ALREADY PAID BACK INCLUDING INTEREST, in which he submitted values placed on his properties by real estate professionals on the loan forms. ARTHUR ENGORON, A DEMOCRAT JUDGE HAS, WITHOUT DUE PROCESS, IMPOSED HIS OWN ESTIMATE ON THE VALUES AS AROUND 18 MILLION DOLLARS INSTEAD OF THE PROFESSIONALS’ ESTIMATE OF AROUND 300 MILLION DOLLARS.

Slovenly judge

An arrested drunk? Nope, it’s the alleged judge.

Then, the repulsive judge used the lower estimate – which has ALREADY been repudiated by actual real estate professionals – to claim that Trump “committed fraud” on the loan forms by going with the higher estimates PROVIDED TO HIM BY REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS.

AND I REPEAT – TRUMP ALREADY PAID BACK THE LOANS INCLUDING INTEREST! Any bank could have turned Trump down if it looked like a risky deal.
No bank was harmed, no shareholders or account holders either. And no bank lends money on collateral which they just sit back and allow the borrower to place the value on.

Obviously, this is another political prosecution that will probably get an initial guilty verdict from the clownish judge but get overturned on appeal. These prosecutions are being conducted to harm Trump’s campaign for 2024.

How many times do we have to go through this? America’s notoriously corrupt political parties have thrown false charge after false charge against Trump for years now, yet each time they conjure up another set of false charges the political establishment and the corporate media act like it HAS to be true this time, just to keep sending the warning that outsiders should stay out of the search for high office.

biden tax returnsRather than recycle the long list of outrageous claims against Trump let me just point out the most blatantly hypocritical one. Remember all the pressure on Trump to reveal years’ worth of tax returns? He did so and NOTHING BAD WAS FOUND! Yet, no other American politicians were called upon to similarly reveal their tax returns even though the overwhelming majority of people in Congress become literal millionaires during their time in office. Why target just one man? Again, because he’s an outsider and not a “made man” in the white-collar criminal fraternity of elected Democrats and Republicans.

Okay, I’ll be back to regular posting later today.

  1. There are several thousand judges that can do the same thing. This stuff might never stop, regardless of rule of law.

    • I agree. Some people got mad at me when I said I never wanted to see the legal system used against even presidents I despised, like George W. Bush and Barack Obama, but my reply was that America’s office holders are such untrustworthy trash that once something like that was used, there would be no end to it. And yes, overreaching judges are a major problem, too.

  2. As anyone from another nation might surmise after reading this post, the answer to “How does a non-American make sense of these trials” is “Don’t even try.”

  3. This judge is totally corrupt and should be removed.

    • I agree, same for the one in the Washington case who refused to recuse herself even though she had publicly stated more than once that she thinks Trump should go to prison.

  5. I respectfully disagree with this analysis.Aside from the money factor, are you ok with our country becoming an authoritarian regime as well? Just some spirited debate on this subject.

    • Thanks for being so courteous. That’s rare when it comes to online discussions of politics these days. I think that the Biden Regime is already far too authoritarian and I certainly don’t think Trump, who would be fiercely fought on every word and deed, would be able to get away with imposing authoritarianism on the country. On top of which I never saw any tyrannical tendencies on Trump’s part when he was in office, even though I did oppose some of his policies. I saw a lot of overblown panic on the part of the anti-Trump loons (and no, I don’t consider you an anti-Trump “loon” because you’re obviously capable of calmly and rationally discussing this)
Most importantly, I’m convinced that people opposed to Trump getting back in the White House don’t have to worry. Our already abusive and authoritarian government has proven that they will do anything to stop him from winning in 2024. I openly back him like I usually back 3rd Party candidates – in other words I don’t vote for candidates based on who I think will win, but for other reasons. I left the Democrats to become an Independent Voter several years ago because the Democrats became just as corporate and authoritarian as the worst Republicans had ever been. The Democrats are just far more successful at P.R. but are just as sanctimoniously pompous as the religious right ever was.

  6. What you and I and the rest of the Indie crowd must wake up to is the fact that “Other” is not a real person (excluding Samuel Other, Animal Activist, who ran for (and lost) the race for 3rd precinct Drain Commissioner in Tawas County) and if “Other” wins a race, there is no pool of “other” from which to pluck someone to “Raise Right and Solemnly.” We are PO’d? Disillusioned? The ONLY alternative is to RUN (ourselves) FOR OFFICE. [I would suggest physical criminal penalties – loss of limbs, etc, for elected officials who lie, cheat, steal, and fail to perform – but then no one would run.] We whine. We bellyache. We find fault. The only solution is to get up off asses. Ban political parties? Unworkable. Dispense with elected offices? Worse than unworkable. Pay professionals? Um, unh, that’s what got us here, try again, Bubba. Answer is to stop polishing the butt-side of Lee’s and Levi’s. Capisce?

    • I generally agree, but I never argued to ban political parties, I’d love to see several new ones spring up caused by the way the Democrats and Republicans are so repulsive. I don’t plan to run for office, though. I’ve long believed that it has become a lost cause and that the Dems and Reps plus their corporate and international owners have truly damaged the system beyond repair. I still care enough to vent and get my opinions out of my system, though, and I still vote.

      • Aye, but 40% for the Libbies and 38% for the Connies and 4% for the Boorstiens, 6% for the Perritones, 12% for the Growlers lets the Connies and Libbies back into office. And they’re happy with that and we bend over and…

      • I don’t know, I think that the way the Republicans are divided right now and the warm response to Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s potential candidacy makes me wonder if more pressure here and there could bust things open. There are, believe it or not, plenty of Democrats who seem to genuinely think their party is too “right wing” and they’re looking for alternatives.
