Utica-LogoD3 COLLEGE HOCKEY RESULTS – The biggest matchup of the weekend saw the 6th ranked UTICA PIONEERS on the road against the number 2 HOBART STATESMEN. The Pioneers stunned the “experts” by taking down the Statesmen in a 5-3 Instant Classic.    ###    The number 9 AMHERST LORD JEFFS took it on the road and routed DIVISION ONE hockey’s SAINT MICHAEL’S PURPLE KNIGHTS by a score of 4-1    ###    The 13th ranked WILLIAMS COLLEGE EPHS (pronounced “eephs”) annihilated the visiting COLBY WHITE MULES  9-2    ###    The LAKE FOREST FORESTERS shut out the FINLANDIA LIONS in a 5-0 clobbering    ###    … And the SALVE REGINA SEAHAWKS notched a 6-4 road win over the BECKER ICE HAWKS.

Indiana East Red WolvesCENTURY CLUB – The INDIANA EAST RED WOLVES ended the 4 game winning streak of the ALICE LLOYD COLLEGE EAGLES with their 101-85 victory yesterday   ###   The TENNESSEE WESLEYAN COLLEGE BULLDOGS plucked the feathers off the REINHARDT EAGLES by a score of 110-73   ###   The WHITTIER POETS put up 103 to the OCCIDENTAL TIGERS’ 76 to improve to 8-9 0verall, 4-4 in conference play   ###   The CORTLAND STATE RED DRAGONS melted down the BROCKPORT STATE GOLDEN EAGLES  102-83   ###   … And the HAMPDEN- SYDNEY TIGERS defeated the EASTERN MENNONITE UNIVERSITY ROYALS in a 104-94 clash.
