NCAA D2 WORLD SERIES – St Mary’s (TX) Rattlers eradicate the University of Indianapolis Greyhounds  13-2  (Greyhounds go the dreaded 0-2 and a barbecue)  *****  Delta State Statesmen come back to beat the Catawba Indians  6-5 

NCAA D3 WORLD SERIES – St Thomas University Tommies hold on against the Cortland State Red Dragons  7-6 in an Instant Classic  (Red Dragons elim)  *****  Marietta College Pioneers (defending champs) come back to defeat the Wheaton (MA) Lyonss  6-5 in 10 innings   

NJCAA1 WORLD SERIES – Iowa Western Reivers over the Neosho Panthers  2-1  (Panthers elim)  *****  Shelton State Buccaneers hornswaggle the Polk State Eagles  6-0  (Eagles elim)  *****  Gordon College Highlanders over the Jefferson Vikings by a football score of 20-13
