NUMBER THREE TAKES A FALL – In the NCAA Division Three the 13th ranked HARDIN- SIMMONS UNIVERSITY COWBOYS hosted the number 3 team in the nation – the UNIVERSITY OF MARY HARDIN- BAYLOR CRUSADERS. The Cowboys trailed the Crusaders 9-7 at Halftime but came back to win the game 29-26.
TOPPLING NUMBER EIGHT – In the NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) the number 20 CAMPBELLSVILLE UNIVERSITY TIGERS took it on the road against the 8th ranked LINDSEY WILSON COLLEGE BLUE RAIDERS. The Tigers showed how football is played in the NAIA by routing the Dolphins 49-28.

NUMBER THREE TAKES A FALL – The NAIA’s CAMPBELLSVILLE UNIVERSITY TIGERS took it on the road against the number 3 team in the nation – the FAULKNER UNIVERSITY EAGLES (should be the Furies). This was a true game for the ages but in the end the Tigers prevailed by a final score of 59-50.
MCMURRY STUNS DIVISION TWO – The NCCAA’s MCMURRY UNIVERSITY WAR HAWKS traveled to face the NCAA Division TWO team the LINCOLN (MO) UNIVERSITY BLUE TIGERS. In what was a truly unexpected result the War Hawks didn’t just win – they absolutely hammered the Blue Tigers.
