See, there are three arms of the federal government. Judicial merely to interpret constitutionality of law. Which is how it works in practice. NOT. The Legislative which is to enact laws in accordance with the will of the people. Um, not working out so good. Then there is the Executive branch which is to enforce law, not MAKE law. Well, ship, that’s not working out so well either. Never mind.
Ha! Yeah, it would be far too mild to call the system a joke.
The system as designed is NOT a joke. As it has been corrupted in practice is not a joke either, but a national travesty for corrupt practitioners and a complacent population.
Oh, I agree, I was just kidding. And sadly, I think the Biden Regime’s ugly reaction to the January 6th protests made people scared, not complacent. So many of those defendants are still in Washington DC jails awaiting trial. And that means they have already been imprisoned well over three years now, longer than many convicted felons are behind bars.
