NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – The KEISER UNIVERSITY SEAHAWKS did battle with the defending champs – the NORTHWESTERN (IA) COLLEGE RED RAIDERS yesterday for the NAIA title. The Seahawks converted their 7-0 1st Quarter lead into a 17-7 advantage by Halftime.
After the break, each team added another 14 points to its tally as Keiser University defeated the Red Raiders 31-21. * THE SEAHAWKS ARE NAIA CHAMPIONS *

It’s the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. They are outside the NCAA, just like some of the other divisions I cover, like the USCAA (United States Collegiate Athletic Association), the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association), and NCCAA (National Christian College Athletic Association).
