Kentucky_St_OLD1GALLOPING TO A WIN – The KENTUCKY STATE THOROBREDS scored 4 rushing Touchdowns on the road against the SAVANNAH STATE TIGERS. A 7-0 1st Quarter lead for the Thorobreds turned into a 21-6 advantage by Halftime. Each team added another TD to their tally in the 3rd Quarter before a scoreless 4th as KSU won out 28-13.

Edward Waters Tigers helmetTIGER ON TIGER VIOLENCE – In this game the EDWARD WATERS UNIVERSITY TIGERS got off the schneid for 2022 against the visiting MOREHOUSE COLLEGE MAROON TIGERS. The Tigers were on top of their Maroon opponents 28-7 by the Half and kept up the pressure from there. The final score was Edward Waters 49  Maroon Tigers 20.

Fairmont StateHOME AND AWAY BLOWOUTS – The FAIRMONT STATE FALCONS took it on the road against the ALDERSON-BROADDUS UNIVERSITY BATTLERS and destroyed them 51-7    ###    And the UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL OKLAHOMA BRONCHOS (their spelling) won a 55-6 clash with their guests the NORTHEASTERN STATE RIVERHAWKS.

HELMETMASSDARTMOUTHBATTLE OF BUZZARD’S BAY – The only game in town for D3 last night pitted the UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSSETS AT DARTMOUTH CORSAIRS against the home standing MASSACHUSETTS MARITIME ACADEMY BUCCANEERS. The Corsairs led the Bucs 7-0 in the 1st Quarter and 21-7 come Halftime on their way to a 28-14 victory.

Itawamba College IndiansUNDER THE RADAR CLASSICS – The ITAWAMBA COLLEGE INDIANS survived a 35-28 visit from the HOLMES COLLEGE BULLDOGS    ###    And the (9) EAST MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE LIONS won a lively 24-16 home stand against the COAHOMA COLLEGE TIGERS.

Northwest Mississippi Rangers helmet NEWFLEXING THEIR MUSCLES – The number 4 team in the nation – the NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE RANGERS – hosted the MISSISSIPPI DELTA COLLEGE TROJANS. The Rangers seized a quick 10-0 advantage in the opening Quarter and never looked back enroute to a 47-7 triumph.

Hinds College eagles good helmetROAD RUMBLES – The HINDS COLLEGE EAGLES managed a 30-24 win at the SOUTHWEST MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE BEARS    ###    And the MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST COLLEGE BULLDOGS came back from being down 21-10 to the COPIAH-LINCOLN COLLEGE WOLFPACK at the Half to a 31-28 victory.

Northeast Mississippi Tigers helmetTIGER BEAT – Last night the NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE TIGERS kept the visiting EAST CENTRAL COLLEGE WARRIORS winless. Their 13-7 1st Quarter edge became 20-13 at the midpoint and 27-13 in the 3rd Quarter. The 4th ended in a 34-20 NMC win.

Riverside College TigersCLOSE CALL FOR NUMBER ONE – The top ranked RIVERSIDE CITY COLLEGE TIGERS played host to the number 19 COLLEGE OF THE CANYONS COUGARS and got almost more than they could handle. The Cougars were on top 13-7 by Halftime before the Tigers exploded in the 3rd Quarter for a 24-13 lead. A College of the Canyons rally in the 4th fell short as RCC survived 31-28.

San Mateo BulldogsTWO AND THREE TRIUMPH – The number 2 COLLEGE OF SAN MATEO BULLDOGS held serve 28-21 against the BUTTE COLLEGE ROADRUNNERS    ###    And the 3rd ranked MOUNT SAN ANTONIO COLLEGE MOUNTIES eviscerated their guests the ALLAN HANCOCK COLLEGE BULLDOGS 48-7.

Fullerton College HornetsUNDER THE RADAR CLASSIC – The FULLERTON COLLEGE HORNETS welcomed the EL CAMINO COLLEGE WARRIORS. A 3-3 opening Quarter tie became a 16-10 Hornets edge at the Half. The 3rd Quarter saw ECC go up 23-16 before Fullerton roared from behind for a 30-23 triumph.  

Santa monica college corsairsOVERTIME CORSAIRS – The SANTA MONICA COLLEGE CORSAIRS defeated the visiting WEST LOS ANGELES COLLEGE WILDCATS 41-40 on a missed PAT in Overtime    ###    And the COLLEGE OF THE REDWOODS CORSAIRS won a 44-42 OT clash with their guests the FOOTHILL COLLEGE OWLS.

San Jose City COllege JaguarsDEFENSIVE GRUDGE MATCH – This game pitted the SAN JOSE CITY COLLEGE JAGUARS against the CABRILLO COLLEGE SEAHAWKS. The Jaguars led 10-0 in the 1st Quarter and 17-7 at Halftime but the Seahawks shut them out from there. Neither team scored in the 3rd Quarter and SJCC won out 17-14 in the 4th.

Golden West College RustlersROAD BLOWOUTS – The GOLDEN WEST COLLEGE RUSTLERS hammered their hosts the LONG BEACH COLLEGE VIKINGS (should be Beachcombers) 41-17   ###   Meanwhile, the SANTA ANA COLLEGE DONS crushed the GROSSMONT COLLEGE GRIFFINS 49-14   ###   And the BAKERSFIELD COLLEGE RENEGADES obliterated the SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY WOLVERINES to the tune of SIXTY-NINE to TWENTY!

compton-college-tartars-helmetALL-NAME GAME – In this clash the COMPTON COLLEGE TARTARS traveled to face the PIERCE COLLEGE BRAHMA BULLS. The Tartars kept the Brahma Bulls off the scoreboard until the 4th Quarter while parlaying a 19-0 Halftime lead into a 37-7 smackdown victory. 

American River College BeaversONE-POINT WONDERS – The AMERICAN RIVER COLLEGE BEAVERS prevailed 29-28 over the visiting MODESTO COLLEGE PIRATES    ###    And the PALOMAR COLLEGE COMETS won an 18-17 Overtime affair at the SAN DIEGO MESA COLLEGE OLYMPIANS.

Monterey Peninsula LobosROAD KILL – The MONTEREY PENINSULA COLLEGE LOBOS took it on the road against the GAVILAN COLLEGE RAMS in this game. The Lobos spotted the Rams a 7-0 1st Quarter lead, then went on top 20-7 by the break. Gavilan made it a 20-14 game to end the 3rd Quarter but MPC won it in the 4th 27-14.
