BALLADEER’S BLOG LIKES CALICO JACK RUM FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY

calico jack rumIn the past Balladeer’s Blog has given shout-outs to various alcohol products that I feel go great with the now-global Frontierado Holiday on the first Friday of every August. Since this is, after all, a lifestyle blog (I’M KIDDING!), here is a shoutout for a brand of rum for the 4th of July celebrations.

Calico Jack Rum is named, of course, for the real-life pirate Calico Jack Rackham. It’s a terrific spiced rum that I find much better than Captain Morgan and other brands. I go for Calico Jack #94, named for its 94 proof strength.

For putting yourself in the holiday mindset of being an American Privateer from the Revolutionary War you can slam down some of this drink. It’s fine straight or mixed.

  1. I hope they see this in the U.K. looks sweet.

  2. My husband and i felt now lucky that Raymond could round up his research out of the ideas he came across using your web site. It’s not at all simplistic just to choose to be giving freely strategies people today may have been making money from. And we also figure out we’ve got you to be grateful to for that. All of the explanations you made, the easy web site menu, the relationships you help instill – it’s most sensational, and it’s really letting our son in addition to us believe that that situation is pleasurable, and that’s extremely important. Thanks for everything!
