The Bobcats put the Gyrenes on Upset Alert by Halftime with a 37-30 advantage then finalized the deal with an 80-70 victory. Justin Brown led Saint Thomas U with his 26 points.
OT ON THE ROAD – The (19) NORTHWESTERN (IA) COLLEGE RED RAIDERS traveled to face the DOANE COLLEGE TIGERS and defeated them 97-95 in Double Overtime ### And the (20) BETHEL (KS) THRESHERS won in Overtime at the AVILA UNIVERSITY EAGLES (Formerly the Avalanche). This affair was a 79-78 game for the ages.

HASKELL CLASSIC – The HASKELL INDIAN NATIONS UNIVERSITY INDIANS hosted the WILBERFORCE UNIVERSITY BULLDOGS in the Haskell Classic.
