By Halftime the Lions clung to a miniscule 45-44 edge but in the 2nd Half the Drovers came from behind to pull off an 89-86 Upset. Cameron Hines led the way for USAO with THIRTY points.
OTHER UPSETS IN THE TOP TWENTY-FIVE – The UNIVERSITY OF THE CUMBERLANDS PATRIOTS edged the visiting (10) CAMPBELLSVILLE UNIVERSITY TIGERS in a 77-76 Instant Classic ### Meanwhile the (24) JOHN BROWN UNIVERSITY GOLDEN EAGLES (should be the Abolitionists) won a 73-72 thriller at the (14) WAYLAND BAPTIST UNIVERSITY PIONEERS ### And the LINDSEY WILSON COLLEGE BLUE RAIDERS toppled the (15) UNIVERSITY OF PIKEVILLE BEARS 88-78.
CENTURY CLUB – Teams scoring 100 points or more in Regulation: The (21) ARIZONA CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY FIRESTORM defeated the MENLO COLLEGE OAKS 103-96 ### The (5) MASTER’S UNIVERSITY MUSTANGS downed the LIFE PACIFIC COLLEGE WARRIORS 104-96 ### And the OKLAHOMA CITY UNIVERSITY STARS put up 106 points to the 80 scored by the SOUTHWESTERN ASSEMBLIES OF GOD UNIVERSITY LIONS.
WORKIN’ OVERTIME – The (17) PERU STATE BOBCATS and their hosts the (24) CENTRAL METHODIST EAGLES needed DOUBLE OVERTIME before the Bobcats emerged with a 110-107 triumph ### Meanwhile the (22) UNIVERSITY OF PROVIDENCE ARGONAUTS snagged a 93-90 Overtime road win against their Frontier Conference rivals the MONTANA-WESTERN BULLDOGS.

NUMBER TWO TAKES A FALL – Yesterday the CORBAN UNIVERSITY WARRIORS took it on the road against the country’s 2nd ranked COLLEGE OF IDAHO COYOTES. The Coyotes seemed to be in the driver’s seat with a 38-20 lead at Halftime. After the break the Warriors came roaring back to force Overtime with a 70-70 tie. In the extra session Corban U emerged with an 85-83 Upset win.
OTHER UPSETS IN THE TOP TWENTY-FIVE – The AVE MARIA UNIVERSITY GYRENES paid a visit to the (22) WARNER UNIVERSITY ROYALS and brought them down by a score of 91-82 ### And the UNIVERSITY OF SAINT FRANCIS (IL) FIGHTING SAINTS notched a 65-60 road victory over the (20) CALUMET COLLEGE OF SAINT JOSEPH CRIMSON WAVE.
CENTURY CLUB – The storied (23) INDIANA UNIVERSITY SOUTHEAST GRENADIERS spanked the visiting POINT PARK UNIVERSITY PIONEERS to the tune of 101-73 ### And the MIDLAND UNIVERSITY WARRIORS defeated their guests the MOUNT MARTY COLLEGE LANCERS 100-84 in the Coaches vs Cancer Classic.
WORKIN’ OVERTIME – The CAL MARITIME ACADEMY KEELHAULERS squeaked out a 70-67 OT win against Arizona’s EMBRY-RIDDLE AERONAUTICAL UNIVERSITY EAGLES (should be the Aeronauts) ### Meanwhile the DORDT COLLEGE DEFENDERS managed a 118-116 shootout win over the NEBRASKA CHRISTIAN COLLEGE SENTINELS (formerly the Parsons) ### And the (6) CORNERSTONE GOLDEN EAGLES edged the LOURDES UNIVERSITY GRAY WOLVES 97-95 in their own house.
