At Halftime the Keelhaulers were clinging to a 35-34 edge and the 2nd Half was just as much of a back and forth affair as Regulation ended in a 71-71 tie. CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – This conference championship game was a battle of Cinderellas as the 4th seeded FRIENDS UNIVERSITY FALCONS tackled the 6th seeded STERLING COLLEGE WARRIORS. The Falcons had compiled a 33-29 lead by Halftime and stepped on the gas after the break for a 74-59 victory! Toby Baxter put up 16 points to lead Friends University. * THE FALCONS ADVANCE TO THE NAIA NATIONAL TOURNAMENT! *

SEMIFINALS – In a 3 seed over 2 seed upset the SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY FIRE toppled the SAINT THOMAS UNIVERSITY BOBCATS. The Fire trailed 33-31 at the midpoint but forced Overtime by tieing things up at 66-66 to end Regulation. In OT Southeastern got an 80-76 win. Andre Winston led the Fire with 28 points. ### And the top seeded EMBRY- RIDDLE AERONAUTICAL UNIVERSITY EAGLES eliminated the 5th seeded WARNER UNIVERSITY ROYALS 72-58 led by 24 points from Dalton Barnes.
