The Indiana University Southeast Grenadiers (logo at left) continue to rip their way through their tournament. Yesterday was Day 2 and the 3rd- seeded Grenadiers DISMEMBERED the (2) Talladega Tornadoes by a football score of 21-3.
The USAO Drovers out of the Sooner Athletic Conference joined the other 6 seeds making noise this postseason. Yesterday they upset the (3) Rogers State Hillcats in a 4-3 nailbiter.
Today will see champions crowned in the American Midwest Conference and the TranSouth Athletic Conference, where the (6) Blue Mountain College Toppers, the Cinderella’s of the NAIA conference tournaments so far, play the (2) Union Bulldogs for the title. This is a great site! I never heard of the NAIA until now but it sounds like its much better for amateur athletics! No hired thugs just passing through a couple years before going pro.
