As Balladeer’s Blog’s February Frenzy continues the Indiana University Southeast Grenadiers (logo at left) take on the Brescia Bearcats in tonight’s championship game in the KIAC. The winner gets the conference’s automatic bid to the NAIA’s National Tournament, which begins next Wednesday. Automatic bids are also on the line tonight for the Cal Maritime Keelhaulers in the California Pacific Conference and for the Dordt Defenders in the GPAC, plus others.
All that plus CCCAA Regional results and a few more conference champions got their tickets punched to the NAIA’s Big Dance already last night. To review yesterday’s results:

WOLVERINE-HOOSIER ATHLETIC CONFERENCE – (1) Davenport Panthers over the (7) Lourdes Gray Wolves 52-42 *** CONGRATULATIONS TO THE GRAY WOLVES FOR BACK TO BACK UPSETS TO MAKE IT TO THE TITLE GAME *** PANTHERS MOVE ON TO THE NAIA NATIONAL TOURNAMENT
