College football rivalry games are as much a part of the Thanksgiving season as turkey and pumpkin pie. Here is a look at some of this week’s holiday offerings in the way of in-state grudge matches or other traditional gridiron clashes for the season. The OLE MISS REBELS and the MISSISSIPPI STATE BULLDOGS play their rivalry game – also called the Egg Bowl – Thanksgiving night. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30pm Eastern Time.
The UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA CAVALIERS take on their arch-foes the VIRGINIA TECH HOKIES this coming Friday. The kickoff is set for 3:30pm Eastern Time.
