WNBA SEMIFINALS RESULTS FROM OCTOBER FOURTH

ACES VS LIBERTY: GAME THREE – This series moved back to Sin City as the two-time defending national champions, the LAS VEGAS ACES welcomed the NEW YORK LIBERTY.

A 26-23 Aces edge in the 1st Quarter became 52-49 by Halftime. After the break Las Vegas outscored the Liberty 43-32 for a 95-81 victory, making the series 2 games to 1 in favor of New York. Jackie Young put up 24 points to lead the Aces, while her teammate A’ja Wilson notched a Double Double of 19 points and 14 rebounds.   

LYNX VS SUN: GAME THREE – The MINNESOTA LYNX visited the CONNECTICUT SUN for the third game in this semifinal series. 

The Lynx led 23-16, 48-36 and 68-54 in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Quarters, respectively. In the 4th, the Sun managed a bit of a rally but fell 9 points short as Minnesota won the game 90-81. The Lynx now lead the series 2 games to 1. Napheesa Collier led Minnesota with her Double Double of 26 points and 11 rebounds.
