COLLEGE FOOTBALL RESULTS FROM AUGUST 24th

SUNSHINE STATE SHUTOUT – The WEBBER INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY WARRIORS hosted the UNIVERSITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE EAGLES (should be Flamingos). The Warriors achieved defensive perfection against UFL while leading them 7-0, 21-0 and 37-0 in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Quarters respectively. The 4th ended in a 40-0 shutout victory for Webber International University.

College of Idaho Coyotes NEW HELMETYOTES A-POPPIN’ – The COLLEGE OF IDAHO COYOTES took on their guests the LINCOLN UNIVERSITY (CA) OAKLANDERS. The Coyotes kept the Oaklanders off the scoreboard until the 4th Quarter while piling up the points for themselves. The College of Idaho’s 21-0 Halftime lead ultimately became a 45-7 triumph.

ROAD RAGE – In this game the IOWA CENTRAL COLLEGE TRITONS traveled to face the COMMUNITY CHRISTIAN COLLEGE LIONS. The Tritons dominated Community Christian College on both sides of the ball, leading them 35-0 at Halftime before going on to win the contest by a final tally of 56-7.

Trinity Valley Cardinals helmetWORKIN’ OVERTIME – The TRINITY VALLEY COLLEGE CARDINALS clashed with the visiting INDEPENDENCE COLLEGE PIRATES. The Pirates put up more of a fight than the Cardinals expected, going point for point with them for a 30-30 tie to end the 4th Quarter. In the extra session Trinity Valley prevailed 37-30.

Kilgore CollegeBORDER BATTLE – For the first time in more than a decade, an NJCAA team, the KILGORE COLLEGE RANGERS, hosted Mexico’s MONTERRY TECH BORREGOS SALVAJE (Wild Rams). The Wild Rams are big in Mexico, but once again were outclassed north of the border as the Rangers came back from a 9-7 Halftime deficit and routed them 27-9.

DESTRUCTION AT DAVENPORT FIELD – The GEORGIA MILITARY COLLEGE BULLDOGS played host to the JIREH PREP BANDITS today. The Bandits may have come in with the cooler team name but the Bulldogs had everything else going for them. Georgia Military College had their way all afternoon, ultimately crushing Jireh Prep 74-10.

snow college badgers newSNOWSTORM – Up next the SNOW COLLEGE BADGERS took the field against the visiting UTAH ISLANDERS. The Badgers’ 14-0 opening Quarter lead became 28-0 by the Half. After the break Snow College kept up the pressure on the Islanders to win the game 56-0.
