lsu alexandria generals logoRED RIVER ATHLETIC CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – The LSU-ALEXANDRIA GENERALS clashed with the UNIVERSITY OF THE SOUTHWEST MUSTANGS for the RRAC crown. The Generals compiled a comfortable 47-32 advantage by Halftime. After the break they managed even more separation from the Mustangs, ultimately defeating them handily 90-72. Kashie Natt led LSU-Alexandria in scoring with his 24 points.

oregon tech hustlin owlsCASCADE COLLEGIATE CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – In this title tilt the OREGON TECH HUSTLIN’ OWLS faced the COLLEGE OF IDAHO COYOTES. The Hustlin’ Owls put the Coyotes on Upset Alert at the Half with their 38-32 lead, and from there they held on fiercely against a College of Idaho rally. The final tally was Oregon Tech 79  Coyotes 76. Kam Osborn tossed in 24 points to lead the Hustlin’ Owls to victory.   

antelope valley pioneersCALIFORNIA PACIFIC CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – Up next the UNIVERSITY OF ANTELOPE VALLEY PIONEERS fought it out with the UNIVERSITY OF SAINT KATHERINE FIREBIRDS for this conference crown. By Halftime the potent Pioneers were on top 49-30, following which they continued to dominate the Firebirds all the way to a 99-76 triumph. Twenty-one points from Rodney Ray led the University of Antelope Valley in scoring.

newport news apprentice school buildersNEW SOUTH ATHLETIC CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – In the USCAA (United States Collegiate Athletic Association) the NSAC title game pitted the NEWPORT NEWS APPRENTICE SCHOOL BUILDERS (Shipbuilders) against the LIGHTHOUSE CHRISTIAN COLLEGE MAKOS. The Builders were up 34-26 at the Half. The Makos rallied a bit after the break, turning the 2nd Half into a defensive epic as the Apprentice School prevailed 58-55. Adrion Wall led the Builders with 24 points.
