The latest AP poll revealing that only 26% of Americans like Obamacare will be no surprise to anyone. After all, Obamacare NEVER should have been passed in the first place because even when it passed -in a vote that went strictly along party lines – the polls AT THAT TIME were already showing that the vast majority of Americans DID NOT WANT IT PASSED. What kind of
scumbags are the people who voted FOR it in Congress that they would blatantly ignore the wishes of their constituents?

Which shows they don’t understand what Obamacare is. It is NOT expanded health care or coverage. It is also NOT socialized medicine, which I would not have a problem with, nor would most of the people who oppose Obamacare. This piece of garbage legislation is the worst of both worlds –
NOT everybody is covered and you CAN’T KEEP YOUR DOCTOR and ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SIGN UP FOR IT AND ARE TOLD THEY WON’T HAVE TO FEAR THEIR INFO BEING USED TO DEPORT THEM.
PLUS PEOPLE WITH LIFE-THREATENING CONDITIONS LOST COVERAGE AND PLENTY OF PEOPLE ARE NOW FORCED TO GET EXPENSIVE POLICIES THAT THEY CAN’T AFFORD!
AND REMEMBER ALL THE CANCER PATIENTS WHO LOST THE COVERAGE THEY HAD? DON’T PLAY FAST AND LOOSE WITH THEIR EMOTIONAL CAPITAL.
If people in England think this Richard Nixon of the Democratic Party is so fucking great let him run their country into the ground. I don’t try to tell people from your country to think of fucking Margaret Thatcher as a great leader so don’t try telling me that the weak, inept and crooked little man named Barack Obama (who feels that the Muslim world has “moral superiority” to the Western Democracies) is anything less than the disaster he is.
Obama worshippers are as bad as Reagan worshippers – callous assholes who ignore all the pain and suffering their policies caused and are causing.
If you were just kidding, no problem, but this repulsive little demagogue is not very popular here and for good reason.
i voted for obama but truly thought national health care would be along the lines of canada, pay a little more in tax. instead, taxpayers are FORCED into health care or get socked come tax time. sounds like the mobster saying “you will take our insurance cuz if you dont…”
Exactly! I have no problem with things like Social Security or Unemploymentm and I would not have objected to national health care. But these ripoff policies that people are being forced to choose from are a crime. AND we still have millions uninsured.
I will say again this is the worst of both worlds.

Thanks. Me too. Even the Obama administration senses how much of a disaster it is, that’s why they keep delaying full implementation to avoid it hurting the Democrats even more in the midterm elections.

Well, until the employer mandate goes into effect I still have employer insurance but I already have plenty of friends and loved ones who are already suffering because of Obamacare – many of them self-employed.
Plus I was bowled over by the sheer number of horror stories that were published about other people’s misfortunes with the Catch 22’s of Obamacare. I always researched multiple sources about those horror stories since I know U.S. media outlets always have an agenda.

yes, I am one of the self employed and putting off to last minute, really not even wanting to sign up. I am amazed at the amount of people who are not signed up and hard to imagine how all of those penaltys will be collected.
That’s an excellent point. This entire situation is a dream come true for bureacrats but a nightmare for the rest of us.
A lot of people died because of Obama screwing this up.
