FRONTIERADO RECIPE: NEW MEXICO TERRITORY FRIED RICE

With the Frontierado holiday coming up soon (August 3rd this year) I figured I’d share another of my recipes for a typical Frontierado treat: New Mexico Territory Fried Rice.

Refry your preferred quantity of Spanish rice in a frying pan, stirring in chopped- up portions of buffalo meat, rabbit and venison. Use medium heat and STIR CONSTANTLY. When the meat is done add chopped up red pepper and artichoke hearts. Adjust to low heat and allow to simmer, stirring only occassionally until ready to serve.
