LEBANON, Tenn. – Wilson Central’s Jenna Pavan became the latest addition to the Cumberland University volleyball team, inking with the Bulldogs recently, head coach Dwayne Deering announced.
The setter and defensive specialist was named All-District her senior year, playing for coach Tammy Serbin at WCHS, where she played two seasons after transferring from Parkersburg High School in Parkersburg, W.Va.
Pavan, whose sister Madison is on the Cumberland basketball team, also played basketball at both high schools and ran track as a freshman at PHS.
In the classroom, Pavan is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club and Spanish Honor Society. She also earned the Outstanding Chemistry Award.
