HBCU CONFERENCE: CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – The title tilt in this storied conference pitted the 3 seeds – the SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY AT NEW ORLEANS KNIGHTS – against the top seeded TOUGALOO COLLEGE BULLDOGS. The Knights were up 35-30 at Halftime but Tougaloo forced Overtime with a 72-72 tie. In the extra session SUNO won out 84-81. Dorian Booker led the victors with his 26 points. 

AMERICAN MIDWEST CONFERENCE: CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – Fighting it out for the conference crown were the top seeded COLUMBIA (MO) COUGARS and the 3 seeds – the WILLIAMS BAPTIST UNIVERSITY EAGLES. The Cougars had Williams Baptist on the run, leading them 42-29 at the midpoint before putting them away by a final tally of 83-71. Seventeen points from Max Rieger led the way for Columbia College.   

SOONER ATHLETIC CONFERENCE: CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – The 2 seeds – the OKLAHOMA CITY UNIVERSITY STARS – took the court against the top seeded LANGSTON UNIVERSITY LIONS. The opening Half ended with the Lions on top 34-26. From there, Oklahoma City University fought back to a 60-60 deadlock to end Regulation. In Overtime the Stars triumphed 74-67. Brian Alexander led OCU by tossing in 20 points.   

FRONTIER CONFERENCE: CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – In this conference title game the top seeded ROCKY MOUNTAIN COLLEGE BATTLIN’ BEARS got almost more than they could handle from the Cinderella 7 seeds – the MONTANA STATE-NORTHERN LIGHTS. The Battlin’ Bears watched their 39-30 Halftime advantage melt away as MSU-Northern forced OT with a 71-71 tie. The extra session saw Rocky Mountain College win the game 79-77. Royce Robinson led the Battlin’ Bears with 29 points.

GOLDEN STATES ATHLETIC CONFERENCE: CHAMPIONSHIP GAME – The 3 seeds – the MASTER’S UNIVERSITY MUSTANGS – duked it out with the 4th seeded BENEDICTINE UNIVERSITY AT MESA REDHAWKS for the GSAC crown. The Redhawks had compiled a 40-27 lead by the Half. After the break the Mustangs roared from behind to win the game 77-74 led by 28 points from Quincy Phillips.
