Yes, it’s once again Guy Fawkes Day, the day Balladeer’s Blog celebrates figures who became symbols of the exact opposite things they represented in their actual lives!
Guy Fawkes was a religious fanatic whose face became a symbol of resistance against a fictional theocratic dictatorship thanks to a comic book. Che Guevara was a murderous, homophobic, racist would-be dictator depicted as a symbol of youthful rebellion thanks to the spiteful cluelessness of Left-Wing Archie Bunkers.

Read more of this animal’s own words and you will see what a callous, unfeeling political fanatic this hate-filled scumbag was. He never wanted to overthrow dictatorships to help “the people”, he just wanted to overthrow them to install dictatorships more to his liking.
In other words, dictatorships that would let that bloodthirsty maniac kill as many people as he wanted. Che Guevara was a waste of biomass and was the exact opposite of what delusional and uninformed fools consider him to have been.
Oh, and by the way, Guevara spent WAY too much time contemplating and writing about his own body odor.
Thanks to V For Vendetta, one of Alan Moore’s many overrated comic books, masks of Guy Fawkes have become associated with Moore’s fictional freedom fighter who opposed the aforementioned theocratic dictatorship in a dystopian future.
In reality Guy Fawkes was plotting to enable the institution of a theocratic dictatorship. And you can’t claim Moore was trying to be ironic by going with a mask of Guy Fawkes. In one of his interviews about V For Vendetta Moore mentions how he and the artist he was collaborating with decided they would give Guy Fawkes “the image he always deserved.”
That comment made it clear that they bought into the vague notion of Fawkes as some sort of heroic rebel. People who despise Guy Fawkes for what he really was can at least get plenty of laughs at Fawkes’ likely reaction if he knew what he has come to symbolize.

I have read that, although Che was a medical doctor, he hated to bathe. Therefore, he earned the nickname “Che” (Portuguese for “pig” — although Google translate will tell you it also translates to “buddy”).
Me too. Some sources also say Che is like our calling someone “Doc”, but the pig’s hygiene habits were certainly disgusting.
Castro would not have succeeded without Che Guevara and his single-minded hatred and dedication to violence. This is what makes him a true revolutionary and why his influence on people in the United States (not new) is so disturbing. If you have hundreds of Lefties running around who think like this, heaven help us. But we’re already seeing the hatred, callousness, and violence of the Left. And we see Democrats voting for monsters like Jay Jones, whose law license needs to be revoked. Lefties starving people, too, as the Democrats are doing with the shutdown, is straight out of the Communist playbook. Lenin, Stalin, Mao, and Castro all starved millions of people to death. The World Economic Forum has indicated that it’s willing to starve and dehydrate people to control them. We’re living in dark times when a self-avowed Communist like Zohran Mandani gets elected Mayor of NYC. I will not pity anyone who voted for him. They get what they deserve.
I agree on all counts. And I can’t believe there are so many Republicans still doing nothing. Trump and a few of his allies fight, but not the rest. I’m torn about getting rid of the filibuster, but considering the Democrats tried to get rid of it themselves the last time they held control but lost by only a few votes, I have a feeling that no matter what the Dems are promising now they will nuke the filibuster at the earlies opportunity. They will then justify anything they do to their mindless sheep by saying they’re doing it because Orange Man Bad. I guess you saw the FDNY head, who is Jewish, resigned alreay.
Communists failed, as many before (and almost certainly many in the future), at their foolish desire to simplify everything and control everything, unwittingly creating masses of obedient, yet dependent, ungrateful parasites, who would – also unwittingly – eventually bring about their (I mean the Communists) downfall.
