I’ve often wondered why any woman would want to travel to the nations in the Muslim world given how they treat women as slaves and worse. The civilized world should pressure the backward, savagely superstitious Muslim world into ending their barbaric treatment of women the same way the rest of the world pressured South Africa to end their policy of Apartheid. Oh, I forgot – the South Africans didn’t roam the world blowing up everyone who disagreed with them, so it didn’t require any courage to speak out about South Africa like it does to speak out against Islam. (I’m sure the Muslim fanatics who threaten me will once again label me “the puppet of Jews” for stating this.)

September will see the appeal hearing of Marte Deborah Dalelv, the Norwegian woman who was raped in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and found herself sentenced to 16 months in jail for “sex outside of marriage” under the demented dictates of Islam. You’d think this case would get at least as much attention as the U.S. case of a Hispanic man shooting a black homophobe in self-defense. But once again, I forgot – it would require actual courage to speak out about Islam.
